Really thick how can any substance get through to help you sleep. Not sticky enough and fall straight off total waste of money , what a scam

The patches are quite large and thick. I've used them each night for the last week. At this stage I'm not entirely convinced they are helping.

Best thing about these patches was the packaging.
I was very interested to find out if these patches would really help with sleep problems so placed and order.Yes they arrived quickly & were well packedThe first & subsequent nights the patches did nothing to help me sleep. In fact I spent more time trying to keep the patches on me than sleeping.For me they were a complete waste of time & money.
