Probably effective..
This product comes well packaged and the daily doses are all in separate sachets. It seems to work in that my workouts seemed more focused and intense which is good but unfortunately they gave me bad stomach gripe so I won't be purchasing again.

I ordered this product a few times because it’s worked for me before and I had great results. What I didn’t expect when purchasing it this time was the stak to arrive instead of the m-stak… naively opened it hoping it was the same but no. Very unfair and misleading
