All my life (82 yrs) I've had to watch what I ate so that I could fit into a size 8/10. Bought it for a little weight/fat loss. I’ve been taking it for 10 days now. I know it’s suppose to be a long term thing before can see any weight loss. But. In 10 days, I thought at least I would be encouraged by even ONE POUND of weight loss or an inch reduction around the stomach.Nothing!!! On top of that. The vinegar taste is very prominent on the 1st bite.Very sweet as well.Be advised. This is NOT RETURNABLE.I would continue taking it but the vinegar taste is too much. Waste of money.

Update... I lost 14 pounds in 37 days just by not eating as much (on these I am not that hungry) and so, I ordered more. This is not a joke.. it is working for me! Past info - The 1st week I only took 1 a day and now that I know that I can take it or even tolerate it, I am taking the dosage recommended, which is 2 a day. I noticed that it curbs my appetite and I'm noticing even though it's only been a few weeks, I have lost a bit of weight... Seriously, I am writing the truth. I thought well, I'll spend $20. To see if this works and yes, I do notice a difference... I am going to stay on them and see in due time if I happen to loose some substantial weight.. I am also noticing that I have to remind myself to eat by a certain time because again, it has curved my appetite. I’ve red the reviews that’s why I decided to purchase then. I can say the only thing I agree with them on is the taste , it’s not bad, but this my second bottle and I have yet to feel my appetite suppress or to see or feel any difference in my weight or clothes size. I think these sellers are just putting labels on these bottles to sell them, but for me this brand is a waste of money

These did not support my weight loss goals. I gave them a try for two months. While they are tasty little gummies, they didn’t actually do anything to boost metabolism or help me lose weight. I will not be buying again.
