Very easy to install, prep work on your framing is key. The fit was perfect. It’s way nicer and cleaner looking than a standard tile niche.

See my photo showing three large dispenser bottles and an extra bottle of shower gel. It’s pricey, but I knew that before I ordered it so I won’t ding it a star like I’ve seen some reviewers do. This is not a thin metal, it is sturdy and most importantly, machined to be perfectly square. This is very important in a shower shelf, so that it fits correctly into the wall and bottles sit on it without wobbling. Our plumber installed it in our new shower and said the installation was easy. It looks great, and works perfectly. We love it, looks so much nicer than a plastic shelf.

The product is extremely well made and exactly what I wanted. We did have a small issue with the rim of the shelf. During shipment I guess it rubbed against the packaging and it showed a little. Nothing too awful but for the money I wanted no blemishes. I contacted the company and the response was immediate. They asked for pictures which I sent and they apologized for any inconvenience and refunded the purchase price and did not require us to send back the product. Sophie was so responsive and I can't say enough about the customer service. I would not hesitate to do business with them again. Quality product and great customer service.

Installed 2 of these by a new bathtub during our remodel. Good size for what you need around a tub.
