SAFLONTitanium Nonstick 11 Inch Wok and Stir Fry Pan with Glass Lid Forged Aluminum with PFOA Free Scratch Resistant (Gray)

My boyfriend lost his favorite wok during a move. We bought a cheap one to replace but he rarely uses it. So, for his birthday I started looking around. Found this one and ordered it with the lid. The quality is exactly as noted, it has a great non-stick coating, even heating on our electric stove, perfect weight and balance with the handle. He loves it and has used it almost daily. The biggest and best surprise happened to be the lid. Except for the top handle, it is all glass. Most lids now days have that metal ring where it fits to the pan. Not this, it is all glass and lipped to fit snuggly on the pan!!! I love that I don't have to worry about the metal ring and cleaning is so much easier. Also, the color is stated as red but it's not a true red. It's more of a fuschia red. He has a phobia for pink so when I received the package I was worried. Turns out he likes the color a lot.

I love everything about this pan! Good weight, nicely balanced and doesn’t tip on stove, material seems to be EXCELLENT quality, heats evenly, clean up is a breeze ( just a damp rag was all I needed after stir fry chicken and veggies) love the glass lid and the storage bags for the skillet and the lid. I looked at many options before I decided on this one, and I am positive I made the best choice.

It’s safe, and it can go in the dishwasher. Or it washes easily. There’s no special work to do before using it. Nothing has burned or dried out. I love my little red wok, and it has a lid that fits well.

I've purchased this 11 inch wok, crepe pan, and the 1.5 qt saucepan. The pans are beautiful. I have made couple meals with this wok, I have to say that its perfect titanium nonstick. The handles are comfortable and cool to hold. They heat so well and so evenly that you don't need, to use anything higher but medium heat. Very easy to clean. I also use the storage bag for not to get anything scratch my lovely wok. Best pan for a best price.

This is a 3-year review. I've taken this wok down the Grand Canyon for 27+ days (dealing with sand in everything and potentially degrading the non-stick coating), and also using it 4+ days a week in a domestic kitchen. This is the most versatile and durable pan/ pot / cookware I've ever owned. Because it's a wok, you can boil pasta, fry eggs, or saute, flambe, etc. anything. The quality of non-stick is the best I've used. MOST IMPORTANTLY: I DO NOT USE SOAP on this wok and NEVER PUT IT IN THE DISHWASHER, even though it can do it. Non-stick can and does need to season too. For cleaning: Just a bristle brush, never a "non-scratch" pad or dishwasher for cleaning, even after I've been lazy with the crusties. I have used this lid: J&C Life Multifunction Silicone Glass Lid - Fits 11", 12", and 12.5" Diameter Pots and Pans, Black because it fits this and my other pans perfectly. It too is a "Grand Canyon Performer." Because of this wok, I rarely use another pan in the kitchen or (aggressively) on river trips. I don't give 5 stars. This is 5 star.

I just got this pan and have used it a few times. My initial impression is highly favorable, although I'll have to wait and see how long the nonstick coating lasts. This pan is solidly built and well-constructed with a nice, cool handle. It has a good amount of heft to it without being too heavy. My wife prefers light pans, but pans that are too thin warp and burn easily, and end up being unstable. This pan seems to have the optimal amount of metal and weight to it. There is an extra layer of metal on the flat bottom of the pan that seems to do a good job of spreading the heat out evenly. The nonstick surface works really well and appears to be a tough coating that won't chip easily. I bought this pan because I didn't want to spend a lot of money on a nonstick pan when in my own past experience, the nonstick coating tends to lose its effectiveness within a year. I also bought this pan because it uses a newer coating, a titanium ceramic coating, and I'm hoping it will last longer than traditional nonstick coatings. I had good luck with another pan that used an older style ceramic coating so I'm hoping this pan will do better.

wok is nice but lid is terribly heavy for an older gal.

Very disappointing, since I had hoped others who received pans with loose handles were just anomalies. Mine arrived VERY loose. I tried tightening it with a screwdriver but couldn't. Which means the handle didn't come loose in transit. It left the factory this way. And as another reviewer said, whatever quality control they have failed (if they even have any).

Bought this but it two guys to get the screw in to hold the handle they finally did it nice and tight I was happy until I used it I took the wok from the stove to put on my cutting board filled with hot stir fry and burger as soon as I reached the counter the handle came off the food went flying on me and the floor I really wanted to love this wok just the right size for my burner was not sure if I should go to the hospital for the slight burn but decided not to and like a idiot I threw the box away as I have so many from amazon I feel so let down almost to the brink of tears cannot trust the wok anymore because of the handle comming off badly made should not have to screw the handle in especially when you need a longer screw driver to get into the hole to put the screw in very very disapointed

So far so good !

The handle plastic material is easy to get burned, design default. Should use stainless steel instead of plastic.
