This product is great. It does what it says on the tin. I was confident in using it based on the description. I think there are some areas can be improved but it's too early to tell yet. It's well made, and will look forward to using in continously.

Not had long enough to see results yet but we will see.Seems comfortable and good value for price.

This is ok for the price, but there are far better ab trainers out there.It’s clunky to use and I didn’t find the connections easy to attach at all.The gel pads only last so many times before they stop sticking, so you’re going to need to but new ones after a month.It feels ok, but I didn’t notice much difference between settings.All in all a bit ‘meh’.

I was really hopeful for this but it was a bit disappointing.The various modes are settings for areas of the body but to be honest I'm not sure it makes a difference. The intensity feels the same level for level.I had it at 9 and it wasn't as intense as othe machines I've tried.The gel pads need replacing every 20-30 uses. This is the first muscle toner I've had that uses gel pads so I'm disapoointed that I need to buy more pads at some point.The modules are charged via USB and then once charged you need to attach them to the press fit connectors on the pads. You have to do this before you apply the pads to you as trying to fit them while you have the pads on is near impossible.I wasn't really that impressed with the product and started to forget it was even there after 5 minutes. You can see the muscle tense with each pulse but I remain unconvinced that it has any effect and you don't feel like you've had a workout after use. No DOMS or any indication of activity the next day, no increased heart rate when the device is working.

I've been using daily and after a work out to keep the ab workout going this is very effective!

An adjustable muscle trainer, comes with multiple attachments for the various parts of your body (arm, shoulder, belly). A sticky (reusable) pad is attached to your body and instead of a machine a little hockey puck size item is clipped onto the pads (like a popper from a jacket). This controls the intensity of the work out. As you'd expect these vary depending on the workout but work well.

Don't think this does anything but it is quite an interesting device

Seems to work (gotta use it quite more to see).The instructions are one of the poorest written I've seen in a while, and it feels cheap.Seems to work, though. And the pads are considered consumables, so it's not meant to last too much anyway. Can't rate it negatively for cheap materials.
