Can't say I can feel any different from a week ago when I started taking these , so , hopefully I get some clue , before I am handed the dilemma, of reordering them .

These are good-sized organic irish sea moss with bladderwrack and burdock root capsules that are easy for me to swallow. They have no falvour. They're white, not transparent capsules, I prefer the transparent type capsules to these.I've heard a lot about the benefits of sea moss and prefer to consume it via capsules.They're supposed to take at least a few months to really start to feel the benefits. I've only been taking these for a short few weeks, so I can't comment on how effective these are yet. But I've not had any adverse effects from them. I really appreciate that they are organic (although there's no official organic label like the organic soil association label, on it) and vegan friendly. For £18.99, they're expensive. Hopefully, the benefits will be worth it.

This supplement comes in capsule form with a vegetable casing. The recommended daily serving is two capsules and each serving contains 1200mg of Sea Moss and of Bladderwrack with the addition of 400mg of Burdock. With 120 capsules in the container, taking into account the daily serving, you still get two months' supply, so good value. They are also GMO and gluten free.I have previously tried drinking powdered versions of sea algae, but it has always disagreed with me as my digestive system rebelled. For me, this is a very good alternative as I find that I am able to take these capsules with no ill effects whatsoever. They are easy to swallow, have no after taste, and my digestive system has no problem with them.

I ordered this Vinco Sea Moss Supplement as I was interested in the health claims regarding Bladderwrack and Burdock Root which are also a portion of the product. I already take a Sea Moss supplement and upon further research I can only say that taking all three of these sounds like a really excellent idea, and I will definitely be including Bladderwrack and Burdock Root supplements in my future daily routine.The recommended dose is 2 capsules daily, there are 120 capsules in total so this is approximately a 2 months supply.The product has a good quality feel to it, it came in a well presented white plastic container so prevents natural sunlight from damaging the contents, the labelling is clear and easy to read and the pack is full to the top with the capsules .The expiry date is 23 months away from now so there's tons of time to use all of the capsules.I have been taking this for nearly a week now, I have found the capsules tasteless and easy to swallow and have not experienced any side effects. As with all supplements, I'd always advise thorough research before taking them. The claimed benefits of all the ingredients of this supplement are very interesting but, as a supplement, I wouldn't expect a miracle!These are well packaged with a 2 year expiry date and are easy to swallow (I swallow the capsules with food and can't even tell they're there).My only gripe is that, in my opinion, supplements such as this should be required to include a chemical assay on the tub. I've not seen any that do, though, so I'm not downgrading this product for that. The seaweeds in this supplement both contain iodine - and while iodine is vital to health, too much is detrimental. To know how much is in this product would be to help inform other choices regarding, for instance, foodstuffs and so on, to prevent taking too much.

I’ve seen so many insightful posts about this supplement that this is my second review of a different brand, but exactly the same formulation of organic irish sea moss with organic bladderwrack & organic burdock root.The serving suggestion is 2 capsules a day which works fine with me as a take a number of supplements each morning with breakfast and a glass of water.This formulation from Vinco offers double what i have had in the past, with 600mg of sea moss per capsule, 200mg of Burdock Root and 600mg of Bladderwrack as well, so factor that into the cost per unit if you are looking for a like for like comparison.You will double those dosages when you take two capsules a day which is what is on the labelling.I've read on some easy to find medical sites online that the Sea Moss Nutrition includesVitamin B2CalciumIodinePotassiumSodiumMagnesiumZincOne of the reasons sea moss has been touted as a superfood recently is that it’s a vegan, gluten-free source of many nutrients.As with all supplements i would check that it is suitable for you, and any existing conditions you may have, other supplements or medicines you are taking and do your research.Overall very happy to continue using this product, no issues and becoming widely recognised as a helpful supplement.Amazon listings show the price of the item and next to it, the unit cost, so you can get some indication of value if you are trying to compare several brands.I have tried a number of Vinco supplements and never had any issues or side effects from taking them, hence the reason i am happy to take these myself.

These are easy to swallow and have no after taste.I'm not sure about anyone else, but for me these really help to stop me from getting cold hands and feet, which is the main reason I take sea moss.I'd recommend them, and they have the bonus of having added bladderwrack and burdock root in them too.
