I felt a LITTLE better after drinking this, and I can't say it's because of the drink itself or whether I just needed some hydration. I'd probably use this again during a hangover with some Advil and lots of water. The taste is fine, not the greatest but OK.

Had a few too many claws rippin’ filthy divots on the course with the boys. She must have smelled fun on me when I got home and started nagging like usual. I went to the garage and started “doing maintenance on the lawn equipment” AKA shooting Malibu rum I hide in my work bench while smacking something with a hammer pretending to “do maintenance”. A couple hours later while falling off the lawn tractor it hit me I had an early tee time in the morning. How was I supposed to go low and empty my boys wallets the next day? Remembering I drunkenly bought Buzzkill I slammed a can. I think that little magic yellow can sobered me up a little. Went back in the house choked down the barely palatable dinner, gave an obligatory praise for spending 5 whole minutes on whatever it was I just shoved down my gullet and went to bed. When I woke the morning and felt great. I didn’t even have the booze poo’s! Tee’ed it up and shot a smooth 97. The best round of my life! Thanks BuzzKill!!!

I've tried these twice already, but I can't say I notice any real difference that would make them worth it. The cans are smaller (8.5oz) than a standard soda can (12oz), and the taste is something like unsweetened lemonade. The first one I tried was the next morning after a night out, and I'm not sure I noticed any real difference. I felt a little better, but felt about the same as if I had drank a sports drink. After another night of fun I tried drinking one before going to bed to see if it had a better effect. I woke up still feeling not great though, but better than I expected to. They do seem to have some effect, but I feel like I get better results with sports drinks or rehydration packets, honestly. Or even those recovery energy drinks, which at least give me some energy out of it. Fun experiment but can't say I will be trying them again.

These are about 3/4 of that size (at 8.5oz). That's fine -- if you are hungover, you probably don't want to drink something excessively! So, the size makes sense.The packaging is adorable -- I really appreciate the simple things like good package/product design! This gets 5 stars for that!The taste is about what I expected from this type of drink. That is to say, it's not great and you will be glad it's that smaller can size! It tastes VERY artificial, like an energy drink IMO. I personally don't love energy drinks for their fake kind of flavor.As for its purported effects, I did not notice any benefit when taken the next day while having a hangover. I think the ingredients and the mere fact of hydration likely help anyone feel better with a hangover, not to mention the placebo effect.Basically, it's fine, okay, whatever. Might be fun to try or include in a wedding party gift bag or something, but I wouldn't have super high hopes for any actual benefit.

I think this may have perked me up a little bit, but I'm really not sure that it helped with my hangover.I used it twice, and the second I definitely found it a little hard to finish, flavor wise - it's rather indescribable - it's not horrible, but it's just a bit weird. A lot of hangover cure drinks have had this quality... so it's not that unusual.

I’ve used this the morning after, and as a post-bike ride recovery drink. It works for both. Not sure of the mechanism, but it feels like it’s replacing lost stuff and providing energy. The flavor is good—a little tart and not too sweet. I like that there are no weird ingredients or fake sweeteners.

I'm not a hardcore drinker so two or three drinks over the course of an evening do indeed affect me the next day. Not a full blown hang-over but I tend to feel sluggish and in a bit of a fog the next day. My symptoms were mild and the recovery drink did perk me up a little and within 90 minutes, I felt like I was back to normal.The beverage itself is drinkable and has an energy drink vibe. I suppose the combination of hydration and vitamins can't help but improve your current state. I can't attest that this recovery drink is a cure-all for hang-overs but it probably can't hurt.
