Almost returned it....
It worked great the first time. Instructions in the box are very limited and basic. Second time would not work even though fully charged. Tried everything, washing with hot water as suggested in the instructions. Nothing. Then logged in with the full intention of returning and read another review by Mike Furlender who mentioned cleaning the metal emitter with a q-tip because it won't work if wet. Thank you Mike! Device works again. Someone should give him a commission for saving the sale! Fingers crossed this thing keeps working. I'll circle back if it fails. So far a decent product now that I know to keep a qtip handy.

Completely silent and vaporizes the hell out of whats inside
My girlfriend's old nebulizer was so loud it sounded like a pool pump (a bad one). In contrast, this thing is completely silent and it produces MUCH smaller drops. Also, if you use the child-sized inhalation mask on your nose it makes you look like a super-villain getting high on space drugs, which is pretty awesome. The only issue that I've seen is that it will not function if the little foil nozzle/emitter is wet; you need to dry it off with a q-tip.

just the best invention.
improves my quality of life in that I can carry it with me and use whenever I need it....it automatically cuts off after a five minute treatment, so you can have a quick "pick-me-up" whenever......I have lots of allergies and sometimes clothing stores while shopping aggravate me ...now I do not have to leave....! not messy .....just the best invention...I even purchased a back-up...love it!!!

Very good size for traveling!
This machine either works great, or it doesn’t. There doesn’t seem to be much in-between. Iwas a little disappointed because I travel often, and this nebulizer is the perfect size. It holds a charge for a lot longer than I expected, almost a week long. The mouthpieces included with mine had issues staying attached to the unit. One seemed to stay better than the others did. Overall, it’s a good little machine but there is definitely rooms for improvement.

5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ At first ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ seller
This was GREAT at first. It puts out just as much mist as a big compressor nebulizer. Now it leaks so bad from the foil emitter area I can hardly use it. The only way I can use it is to put just enough liquid in so it makes vapor and turn it on, then finish putting the rest in while it is running. It leaks so bad with 3 or 5 ml in the tank there’s really no way you can soak it up with a qtip or tissue and then turn it on. This little machine was a GREAT idea but needs serious improvement. Just a tip- if you buy this then be sure to buy the protection plan. It will be well worth your money because you WILL need it.Update: the seller contacted me after I left a one star review and told me they would refund my money or send me an updated version of this nebulizer. I decided to let them send me an updated version free of charge because I really did like the first one when it worked right. The jury is still out on the updated version. Works great now but don’t know how long it will last so will update my review to 3 stars for now.

Punasi Portable Mini Nebulizer
Mini machine works whisper quiet. It produces the correct level of mist as described. The unit's battery lasts around 10-15 minutes before requiring recharging of the battery.

No longer worked after a week of use 😔
I bought this product for my daughter back in august to take with us out of the country as a back up to her inhaler (instead of her big bulky nebulizer). I've kept it in the packaging since then. Well while in Jamaica (for the holidays) I would use this for her only at night before she went to bed (I feel like the albuterol saline works best when she's going to bed). After a week it no longer worked, despite me following the care instructions down to the science. That was a huge disappointment. When it worked it was great, compact and very quiet. Now it's of no use.

Works very well
Works well. Use it when my allergies get out of control and need some extra moisture. Silent. Use it at work since it is so small and easy to take with you. Also use Asthmanafrin instead of an inhaler when needed. Had another one that I bought at the store that didn't work nearly as well. Gave up on ever getting one that worked. Glad I gave this a try because it is a nice, inexpensive alternative.
