I go through a lot of lube and have tried out quite a few over the years; This lube is pretty good.It always seems like a trade-off between being long lasting versus mess free, especially with water based lubes. This one seems to last a bit longer than some, but it's not the longest lasting that I've used. However, this lube doesn't seem to leave any residue inside my body, which is a problem I have with longer lasting ones. If you wanted to, I'm sure that skipping the post-event washing up would be an option.As for the taste, I would say that it doesn't strike me as a harsh chemical taste, but it isn't overwhelmingly sweet either. This is to say that the taste won't be a distraction, but it won't be the main event either. The quantity you get is really nice, and for the current price of 17.99 I would say that you get a good amount. They mention that the tube is travel size, but it's a decently sized bottle; I wouldn't be carrying this in my purse.

We tested this out so the short version good: feel, lasts, smell and bad: taste and residue.Longer version: we agreed on it smelling really good. A kind of candy watermelon, maybe jolly rancher? Love the smell. Sadly the taste didn't reflect the great smell. It had an almost cough syrup, like chemical taste. It was almost behind the watermelon taste so it wasn't overwhelming as long as I didn't use too much, but it certainly didn't make me want to eat it like candy as the smell led me to believe. He didn't want to taste it so that's just me. It felt very slick and lasted a good amount of time. It was more of a gel and less watery than other water based lubes we've tried so that was nice. It can be really hard to control where water stays put so this was way easier to place and use. It also means we don't waste as much. Sadly it left marks on our clothes if we touched them and did not dry off overnight It washed out easily with just some water, but the marks are unsightly so I'm glad we laid down a towel in advance. Slight residue on our hands too, not a lot, but very slightly noticable. Next time we'll use less since we are more used to it now. Also I feel fine and don't have any ill effects from it so no irritation or allergic reaction. Overall it's great as a scented lube, ok just not great as a flavored one. We will definitely keep using it.

This is relatively odorless and has a mild, but artificial taste. Functionally, it works well at staying where you put it without instantly running off. It's like a thin gel - it sticks together better than hand sanitizer. It seems to have a decent runtime in use - better than many others, though certainly nowhere as good as silicone. I find that it doesn't require copious amounts or excessive reapplication - it just works without having to constantly tend to it.

This stuff works great! It has a mild watermelon scent. The taste.. well, it's okay, but not awesome. The best part... There's no need to stand in line at the cash register at the local store, with the cashier giving you the "mmmhmmm..." look. Lol.But seriously, it's a good lube. Would order again.

Still has that Lubey taste if you know what I mean. There is watermelon flavor and I thought I could get my partner to do the thing more since she loves watermelons. Thats was a big NO! She still didnt like the flavor. Back to the drawing board.

Seeing how it is water based, it did not and will not last as long as silicon lubes before reapplication is required, though this also depends on how long one needs to keep any moving parts oiled.The watermelon scent was fairly mild and pleasant and both the smell and the lube itself easily washed off with simple soap and water. I choose not to taste it, so I cannot judge how close to an actual watermelon the flavoring resembles.Overall, this product performed pretty good and is comparable to a KY-Jelly. The fair size of the tubes and the fact it is a twin pack, could make it long-lasting, depending on how often one involves themselves in any activities that require friction reduction with a willing co-tester. Therefore, I fully predict the amount I received may last me for several years to come.

I was a little skeptical because Im usually sensitive to anything in that area but I decided to get this because I love watermelon flavored stuff and so does he. I was also worried if it was sweet it also be sticky and it wasn't. We both liked the flavor and it worked goods but mostly didn't cause me any after issues. I will be keeping this around from now on. The tubes were sealed and it came with 2 so nice keeping one on hand unopened. DEFINITELY be ordering this again..
