This is hands down the best appliance I ever bought! I like that it is small and easy to put away, it heats up really fast, great for any small job around the house. Melts grease away like it's nothing, cleaned my oven for the first time in years with this, does windows in a minute, no soap no buckets and cloths, cleans away gross stuff from shoe soles without getting your hands dirty, quickly cleans my pets food bowls or any encrusted food from anything. Does wonders with the toilet. I only had it a week so these are only some things I discovered so far. I chose it purposely as I wanted something small for quick jobs, as I havd no storage space for bigger appliances nor patience to spend hours cleaning. Most negative reviews I have seen are from people who want something bigger. The screwtop has a safety feature where you canmot unscrew it when ilthere is steam inside. I see somd people were confused about this thinking their steamer was faulty. This is all mainly because the manual is so basic, it doesn't explain anything, I had to figure it out myself. But it is all just common sense when you think about it. Oh, and I was surprised how little water is spilled during cleaning. I did my stocetop and windows and there was not much in terms of drips and puddles, nothing a small cloth couldn't wipe quickly. Amazing stuff!

This is a good steam cleaner but there is no on/off button or indication light that it is actually connected to electricity.Other than that it is effective, good to handle and comes with plenty of attachments.

Heats up fairly quickly - works fine. Good value. We use distilled water - live in a hard water area.

Does an ok job but the tank runs out of water quite quickly so it needed to be refilled several times when I was cleaning my washing machine drawer.

Brilliant way of cleaning, takes all the hard work out of chores we hate. Very good quality product. At a very reasonable price.

Fine but Royal Mail driver left in bin with no card in my door that they delivered it and was rude

I brought this product and first time I used it, it was great done what I needed to do. Went to use it for a second time and heard a pop and where you put the water in that had broke and just keep spinning so couldn't open it, and instead of steam coming out it was just water. Luckily refunded with no problem

Good and need to increase the water capacity
