Fun texture yarn
Great for beginners as it says but also fun for more advanced crafters that want to try other types of yarn. It’s like a tube of fabric rather than fibers so the end result looks a bit different. Washes up well so would be great for baby items or other wearables. It can create a more dense end result. Decent value considering the skeins are very large. I received the baby pink which is lovely shade of light bubblegum pink. Very nice to work with.

Perfect for beginners; not the softest yarn
I'm still pretty much a beginner, but man I wish I learned with this yarn. Instead, I learned from one of those "beginner" kits. While I did eventually manage to finish the project, it was extremely frustrating to learn all my basic stitches using the cheap yarn those kits come with. They would shred and curl up to the point where it became very difficult to see the stitches. Several kits and various skeins of yarn later, I feel much more comfortable using any kind of yarn (mostly), but this one is SO EASY to use. It does not shred or split. The stitches are super easy to see and count. It's not the softest or plushest of yarn. Any amigurumi made with this yarn will be on a stiff side. But still, it is a joy to crochet with this yarn. Recommended for beginners!

Good for beginners
This is a nylon mix yarn, which is solid and durable, and easy to undo/redo as needed. Good yarn for beginners. Bright blue color and doesn't wash out.

OBSESSED WITH THIS YARN
This yarn reminded me a lot of the woobles yarn. But it did feel a bit easier to work with for me. I loved how soft it was and the color was really great and the yarn overall is a favorite of mine. Great for beginners!

A couple things I noticed
I am a beginner crocheter, even though I started crocheting at age 11 with a ball of string and a nail. I never learned how to crochet good enough because I never really used anyone's project instructions. In my early 20's I did crochet some scarfs, an afghan, and some potholders. But without any instructions. So technically I am still a beginner as I have not a clue what many terms mean. I have to look them up.For instance -1) What is Worsted Weight Yarn: "It’s thicker than sock and sport weight and thinner than bulky weight yarn."Ok. On the yarn's wrap is does say it is a 4 medium2) What is Amigurumi Yarn: "Best for Amigurumi toys; medium-weight yarn" Oh, those cute little crocheted animals.Though I used worsted weight yarns in my 20's it still was not the same kind of yarn that this is. The yarns I am used to seeing are the twisted interlinked fibers. With this yarn the fibers are knitted in a 1/8 inch circular strand. Since the Amigurumi toys need this kind of yarn better than the twisted interlinked fiber yarns, it makes sense that this yarn is perfect for children's toys that will not fray as they play with their animals.I highly recommend this medium-weight yarn for toys and other items necessary for that tight and fluffy feeling.

Different feel from the usual. Smooth yarn!
This yarn says it’s easy for beginners to use, because it makes counting the stitches easier, and I agree. I’ve been a knitter most of my life, and I recently got into crochet because one of my granddaughters wanted me to teach her. Well, we both learned the basics together, then she took off like a rocket, leaving me behind. :) This past week, I got the thought that I’d really love to make a prayer shawl for a dear, sweet old friend of mine, and I wanted to crochet it because I think the project comes together quicker. Seems to me! My granddaughter can bring yarn to my house, and make a little stuffed pink elephant in the two hours we’re hanging out. I’ve had knitting projects on needles, and it just takes so long that I lose interest. This beautiful red yarn will definitely help me see the crochet stitches better, as I solidify the ideas of the loops, stitching into the front or the back. This yarn is not eyelash, with strands all sticking out, and it’s impossible to see any stitches! It is beautiful, and all I’ll see is rows of stitches with nothing to distract me. No fibers, no tweed, nothing fancy. I can’t wait to do a project so I can post the picture, but I totally recommend this yarn—75% cotton, 25% nylon.👍

Great color, easy to use
Good buy for a large quantity of knit yarn. Easy to work with. Because it is knit it doesn't split when using, so a good option for beginners. Thicker than I expected and has a little bit of stretch.I was pleasantly surprised by how big these skeins are. Plenty of yarn here to make a nice size project!
