Short, Sweet, and Simple Review. I with be honest that this product has not been fully tested as of yet as I am awaiting professional installation of this product due to the sophistication of my plumbing for my home. I will say that looking over this product uninstalled I can tell this product is well made and manufactured with quality materials. I do like the concept of this device and really like how the functioning of the control lever works. This product has basically everything needed, shower arm, shower head, water control lever, hosing, hose clips, and secondary shower head with housing clip. I like the flat black finish of this product and don't see any kind of flaws in the paint and finish. This product feels hefty and like it should last a very long time. I am looking forward to having this installed and using this however there is a wait for the plumber that I have contracted to do this job.

Installation of the valve is a serious undertaking that in most instances will require opening a hole in your wall and possibly the services of a plumber. I replaced this myself using pex.I especially like the design of the valve, which unlike my old Delta valve, separates the temperature and water volume into two separate actions. You pull the lever out to regulate the flow, and you move the lever laterally for temperature selection. After a while, you know exactly where to position the lever to get the temperature you desire.The shower head is not going to be for everyone because it simply rains the water down in a cascade with no settings for pulsing or massaging. Instead, you have the option of sending some or all of the water to the hand-held spray wand.If you are doing a retrofit on an existing shower, you should be aware that the decorative plate for the valve may not be wide enough to cover the hole left behind if your former valve had a round escutcheon. I have uploaded photos showing how the existing tile in my shower didn’t extend far enough to hide the opening and what it looks like now that the surrounding tiles have been replaced Also, the escutcheon for the wand bracket is a little skimpy as well, so be careful how large a hole you make to plumb the water line for that.Final note: One other reviewer alleged that the the plumbing threads were incompatible with U.S. thread conventions. I did not find that to be the case. When my brass elbow could not be placed close enough to make the connection on the shower side of the wall, I had to order a brass extender, and I had no problems getting the threads on the bracket supplied by the shower kit to positively connect without leaking.

I wouldn't buy this again. There are three errors in the design specs.1). The thread cut into the fittings are wider than standard US threads. To make it fit with the standard plumbing required re-cutting the threads ever so carefully with a tack and die set.2.) The face plate did not fit on. I had to use a file to make it fit, which is tricky to do without scratching the finish.3.) If you're able to complete all the machine modifications enough for it to work, the last insult is the knobs in their off position are crooked in their resting state.Next time I would buy this type of item from the big box store instead because for the little bit of savings it isn't worth the risk that it might not last.
