poor quality Boori cot and service appalling
I bought a £400 cot about 2.5 the normal price expecting to get a premium product. Instead the top rail is loose. I have been told by the retailer and Boori this is not a defect. Surprising given it is only loose on one side. In addition they are expecting me to cover the postage back. Do not buy this cot or from this retailer. It has taught me a lesson that John Lewis in situations like this are so much better
