My husband is an amazing artist and has wanted to get into doing tattoos for years. I found his a reasonable wireless gun to just practice with but he needed something to practice on. This is a great set for someone wanting to do just that. It has everything but the gun and ink. He can practice his drawings or he even has a tattoo printer. The carbon copy sheets are perfect for transferring so he can practice freehand on the paper instead of skin lol. You can draw tons of designs on it as they are plenty big and can be cut. The practice skin is nice and thick. He got some others from a different brand and they weren't nearly as thick as what came in this package. This will provide him plenty of material to work with to practice and it was reasonable. It also has a ton of ink caps so he can practice using and tossing as if it was a real tattoo and doesn't have to worry about running out after a few designs. Definitely a must have for someone just stating out to give them time to practice and perfect their skill

I love 3mm skins for their sturdiness, but one thing to note is there isn't a lot of stretch going on here. my plan is to practice with the 3mm size and then switch to a 1mm on a curved surface.The caps included are pretty small compared to the other caps I have (the ink cups is what I am referring to.) I question the ability for some of my larger needles to fit in these cups without spilling any ink, so at this point those are not much use to me.I still have yet to successfully transfer a design using transfer paper. I think it is because I do not have any stencil solution yet. So no feelings at all on the paper, but really, it's the skin you are buying anyway. The extra crap is just extra.

These are very good quality tattoo practice skins. They are a good weight and thickness and give a close approximation of tattooing actual human skin. They are great for practicing needle depth and laying down clean lines and shading.The tracing paper is good quality and fits in my stencil printer without a problem. The ink caps are also good quality and do the job they're supposed to do.All in all, this is a great practice set for what you get at a very good value. I recommend this tattoo practice set and would purchase it again.

This kit comes with only 4 skin sheets. You aren't getting 14 of them. That was a bait and switch for me, too. The title said 14, the description said 4, and their excuse is they mean you also get 10 sheets of paper with it so you get 14 'sheets' total.However, misleading advertising aside, this is a good kit. The ink caps, I'm not yet sure about, but the skin sheets are higher quality than I expected, and the sheets are useful.
