Easy to assemble and sturdy! I have a 20.5 pound cat and regular carriers just don’t work. This was perfect and I love that it rolls! Product arrived on time and is as described. Highly recommend if you have a larger cat or small dog!

This was smaller than I realized (that's on me bc the photos are accurate! I'm just bad at spatial math lol) but it is the right size for pet travel on Delta Airlines. My full-sized 9 year old cat can lay down in it, but not stand up until I unzip the top. Then he can stand up and get petties and scratchies! Yay! I feel kinda bad putting him in something so small (smaller than the very large plastic cat carrier I put him in for vet visits), but it is necessary for airline travel bc the airlines have very strict guidelines for carry on (which pet carries can classify as if you are like me and not wanting to throw your baby in the belly of the plane with the luggage). He can fit to lay down all the way and it's not constricting so it's not TOO small, just the right size for travel. The size was the only thing I was a tiny bit off-put by, but again it is necessary for travel so it is exactly as it should be. That being said, the assembly was SO fast and easy! The wheels just popped right in using the button and metal interlocking piece to hold them firmly in place. I had the whole thing assembled in roughly 3 to 4 min including a margin of error where I had to figure it out and accidentally strapped the bag in backwards. lol That's on me, too, for not paying attention better. Even with that, it was SO FAST and EASY to assemble! It wheels around and moves very well and easily. The padding is firm and the metal wheel frame is firm (which is good bc you want your baby to be stable!). I put a blankie in it for my baby to make it soft and familiar smelling and he likes it! I feel like it is safe to travel with my most precious furry cargo in this, and I'm so glad I found it! Thank you to the seller for shipping quickly!

Below is the original review I had left. A day after I posted my review BurgeonNest / WEISHANGSHIDA customer service reached out threw Amazon. I did not request it. But it seems they care about what their customers think. Wow. Just for asking me how they can fix it and offer to refund a small portion to compensate me. I am changing my review to 5 stars. By the way besides my strap issue the carrier is great. Seriously I am a taken back by their apparent desire to fix the issue. Two messages in one day threw Amazon to make it right and I haven't responded yet.Original Review:The carrier arrive just as listed minus the shoulder strap. It states in the advertisement "And the shoulder strap allows for easy carrying, making it a convenient option for pet owners who are always on the go." The strap is also used for one of the features, to secure the carrier in the car.My options were 1 return the carrier for a refund. 2 return it and have it replaced possibly again with no strap. My choice was to let it go and use another strap I already own. Because I think the advertisement could have been generic and therefore misleading. But I didn't want to hear the wife nagging me about when she can take her teacup chihuahua out for a week until a replacement arrives.

This is perfect for my uses, which is to/from my veterinarian. It rolls great, like a piece of luggage. The size is perfect for my chunky 16 pound cat. The Velcro held fast with no issues. It is surprisingly easy to lift into and out of the car. I’m very pleased and my veterinarian’s staff was impressed!

Easy to use. The wheels are smooth. Fit perfect under the seat.I like that both ends, and the top had a zipper opening.You attach the carrier to the frame/wheels with velcro. Easy to take in and of, even with the dog or cat in it. Great quality.

If fit my pup easily and she didn't seem to mind being in it, however the sides are not at all sturdy and flop over so she was sometimes lying more on the side then the bottom of the carrier. We bought it for long shopping expeditions and are a little disappointed. It says up to 17 pounds but I don't think so. UPDATE. Since I used it one time I didn't think I could return it and they offered a full refund but did not follow through.
