This chair is very sturdy and made with good quality materials. feels strong and comfortable. It was also easy to put together with clear instructions. Overall, it’s a solid and reliable chair.

It only took 2 days to arrive by FedEx and was well packaged. It’s a beautiful heavy duty gray chair. It doesn’t feel cheap! I assembled the chair with minimal difficulty using the tool that came in the packaging. I love the rubber wheels, and it rolls easily around the office on my laminate floors. The base of the chair is constructed of metal. There is no wobble. I love the fact that the chair arms can go up and down. The seat cushions are comfy and I can sit at my desk for hours. It’s very roomy, but I’m in the low 200s, and my spouse weighs about 180lbs. We are only 5’6”. We wanted “wiggle room”, thus we didn’t want an average size office chair. The chair at its highest height takes our feet off the floor. The lower height should be good for people under 5’5”. We use one of the middle height settings.1. I only have 2 drawbacks. The chair at the time of purchase was $159 and 2 days later there was a $10 discount coupon…☹️.2. The other con is the colors: I wanted a well-made chair with a similar base design, but it’s difficult to find a perfect color for my office in big and tall. I wanted beige, cream, or taupe, but it’s only available in black and gray. I might give up this chair to my spouse who loves it for the other office which is gray/black in color. I may purchase a similar chair at a later date.

Rolls like a dream, extra comfy and pretty to boot! It didn't take a long time to assemble and it looks beautiful in my office! Love it!

I have to say, I had high hopes for this chair but I’m afraid it has disappointed me. I purchased two of them on May 19, 2024. One of the chairs is performing brilliantly but I think the other is a lemon. Two months in a wheel falls off and it’s leaning to the right. I don’t come close to the weight capacity of the chair…I purchased it to accommodate my six-foot-tall frame (which it does with flying colors), but it just seems to be falling apart. I would really like to have a conversation with the sellers. These chairs aren’t exactly cheap and should not fall apart!

This chair is for my home office and is replacing a Hon office chair that lasted over 25 years. This chair is nice and comfy. I wanted a heavy-duty chair because my grands like to swing around and go up and down and I wanted something that would last. Insert directions say “two people assembly recommended” but I did it myself. I struggled with the arm rests and back because I think the screw holes might be a fraction off, but in the end, it came together well. I removed one star only for that reason. Otherwise I would recommend.

The chair I received is missing the lower adjustment knob and the recline function. The seat is not as wide as would appear in the picture. The arm rests are not long enough to provide support for the lower arm area. The arm rests do rotate upward but not far enough and become a hazard to the face & head. There is no lower back support and promotes a bad posture and prone to lower back pain. Wide base & rolls well making it stable but also difficult to roll through a doorway. Looks nice but I would not buy again.

This chair actually is even more comfortable than it looks. Managed to assemble it by myself within 20 minutes. I didn't even need any tool but an electric screwdriver would've sped up this process even faster. Color looks great, cushions are soft, leather feels good to skin touch. Its worth the price for this quality.
