Very easy to use. Very safe. Even if i slide in a bunch of hair, it still straighten up my hair. This is really good for someone like me who's on the go.On the photo below, i already washed my hair the night before. So i woke up with really messy hair. And yet, this wand still straightened my hair the way i want it to be. It's not too straight, i like that it gives my hair natural straight and volume at the ends.

Love this product! I got this for my daughter for Christmas and she uses it very frequently. It straightens her hair very well and is high-quality. The heat level is great and will not burn her hair, but it also works well. It does sometimes get tangled in her hair, but it is a very easy fix! It is not too heavy for her to hold, so it is very easy to use. It is very safe and is easy to shut off. Would highly recommend!

Received it this morning and couldn't wait to take it out of the box and use it. I have naturally curly hair that is super thick thats been bleached a bunch. I have a curling hair dryer straightening brush that I have been using for well over a year but it never seems to get me as straight as I would like. I've watched videos about how wonderful this item is so....I bought it. I LOVE IT. I'm not a girly girl so hair stuff is not my lane but this was easy enough to use. I was so worried about burning my scalp and my ears bc that's what I've always done with straighteners...lol! I've been left with straight, shiny, smooth not frizzy hair! It gets hot super quick too. Works amazing and was at a fair price.

When I first got this straightener brush, it worked amazing. It got my hair perfectly straight with no bents or anything like that. but after using it for less than a dozen times, it stopped working! I’ve tried multiple outlets (the outlets I’ve tried work for other appliances) and it doesn’t heat up! The lights turn on to indicate the temperature it SHOULD be at, and the negative ion indicator lights work as well, but it doesn’t heat up. I’m really bummed because I got this for Christmas, and it’s only Jan. 21st. I’ve looked in the trouble shooting section in the booklet, and it just says to wait and it will turn on and heat up, but there’s is absolutely no heat.

I was a little skeptical of this, but kept seeing it on tiktok and had to try it. My daugthers and I all have thick/coarse hair. This thing is truly a GAME CHANGER! We are able to straighten out hair in 1/4th of the time as our Chi flat iron, and it leaves your hair SO soft. I initially used the 360 degree setting and was disappointed; went up to 390 degrees and I am absolutely in love with this straightening brush! I will never use my Chi flat iron again

Bought this to save time straightening my hair while on a trip; it was easy to use and definitely cut down the time it takes to do my hair. My hair definitely came out better and less frizzy than when using my normal flat iron as well. My only problem is that I think some stray hairs stay stuck in it as the iron itself will smell like burnt hair as it heats up now; how this will effect the longevity of it, I don’t know.
