My grandchildren share their bathroom and in order to encourage them to use mouthwash to maintain their expensive dental work (braces) my daughter uses these disposable cups which are the right size and eco-friendly. No more excuses for not using the mouthwash (no cup). Interesting that they fell like plastic but are actually made from corn starch. A real plus that they are compostable. Highly recommend.

I can't speak to the compostability of the cups as I'm not sure if they are only commercially compostable or will compost in a home garden. I have placed a few in my compost and waiting to find out. As for a good disposable cup in a small size they work as they should. The only issue it some of the cups have a crushed bottom when received but they don't leak and stand up fine, just not completely straight. Some also stick together and are hard to separate but not that big of a deal.

I've never felt corn starch cups before so I wasn't prepared for how much they feel like plastic. As a matter of fact, at first I was very doubtful that they were corn starch cups. But after reading the carton and using a few of them, I realized that they were not plastic. Similar, but not plastic. It's nice to know that these are not bad for the environment and can be thrown into the compost. I gave 4 of 5 stars for the value. But that is only when compared to regular disposable cups.

The compostable 3oz disposable cups are very sturdy and feel like plastic. If you’re looking for a paper cup these are much more rigid. The description says a rolled edge but the edge is really more flat and I don’t find it that comfortable to drink out of them. I prefer a true rounded rolled lip. Since they are more like a plastic there is no leaking like a paper cup. You can leave liquid in them indefinitely and it doesn’t seep out. If you are a person that composts or if you need the rigidity for longer term liquid holding, they are a great replacement for a plastic cup. I think they would be great for serving small snack size liquids, solids, frozen or messy treats because they don’t get soggy. As for a daily disposable drinking cup I personally prefer recyclable paper cups but I will still use these in place of a regular plastic cup in specific situations.

Excellent alternative to plastic cups. Per listing, these cups can be used with hot or cold drinks. I have not tested them for hot drinks but they're great as mouthwash cups.These cups are thick and sturdy. You can wash these cups and use a second time.Love these cups! Highly recommend them!

These work great, but some cups are a little defective. I don't think it will really matter, since they're just for mouthwash and will go directly from a hand to a garbage can, not like the cups will be standing on a table, but as you can see from the photo, some cups have bottoms that were not manufactured correctly. All in all, I'm very happy, especially since these are compostable!!!
