Got dry eye? This product was recommended to me by an eye doctor specialist after my regular doctor was having trouble solving my dry eye problem. Punctal plugs kept popping out of my eyes. I take these vitamins every day and have for years. My dry eye problems are solved! I've recommended these to my friends who have dry eye from laser surgery and it worked for them also.

I have been dealing with map-dot-fingerprint dystrophy and recurrent corneal erosions for just over a year, with erosions occurring once or twice nightly. While I can't YET say this product is a "cure," it has definitely given me hope and sanity back. RCE is excruciatingly painful. I didn't expect anything, really; file this under, "Doesn't look like it could HURT, and I'm desperate enough to try anything." I figured the next step would be DBSK, and after watching the procedure on YouTube, wasn't too eager to go there. So I tried Theratears Nutrition. As others have said, results were noticeable within the first week. I still wear contact lenses for sleeping, but since starting these, I have not had one erosion. It has been just over a month, and that is a record best over the past 12. I doubt this will cure the problem, but I'm willing to keep taking them if it even keeps it down to a dull roar.

My eyes have become extremely dry - age, medication, dry air at work have all done their toll. My daughter works in an opthmalogist's office and told me to try this. The doctor there recommends it to his patients. I saw results within 3 days and after almost 60 days - I no longer need to use systane drops every 4 hours. Actually hardly ever and I have also stopped using the systane gel at night. It's the best!

I am happy with the product and with the service. My order was promptly delivered. However, the capsules come in a bottle that has a seal under the lid, is in a cardboard container that is then clear plastic shrink-wrapped to another container and then opaque plastic shrink-wrapped together again. Way too much plastic.

A friend's eye doc suggested she use these instead of generic OTC fish oil supplements for her severe dry eye. I suffer from the same issue and have found these to work a bit better than the less expensive/large quantity bottle type products. Just hate paying the price!
