Cutting blade is too soft
The cutting blade of the sarota is poorly hardened, or not hardened at all. It's edge got deformed in the very first attempt to cut a dried apricot.. forget slicing betel nuts.The cutting blade of the sarota comes coated with a yellow paint, which peels off while cutting and gets mixed with whatever you are slicing.Quality and workmanship poor, does not justify the price.
