This pillow looks like it will not work--small and very firm. However, I have severe curvature and collapse of cervical vertebrae due to cancer treatments and age. When sleeping on my back with shoulders off of the pillow, I use it with the "low side" toward my shoulders. This is opposite as shown in the advertisement. This positioning places my neck in the exact position needed to stretch my neck back to a more normal position. I get the best sleep because it alsoprevents mouth breathing. This is the one for me. I will test the cooling function during the summer.

I’m surprised to see so many good reviews for this pillow. The design/concept is good and the material is soft, but it is the smallest pillow I’ve ever seen, and this was supposed to be queen-sized. Perhaps appropriate for a child but definitely not an adult. I ordered another brand in standard size and I’m attaching a photo for comparison.

This pillow is very firm. I found it to hard to sleep well.

Helps with my neck pain.

This was a game changer for me! I usually used two pillows to try to get comfortable but it was t ever ideal. The first night I used this pillow, I slept with only the one and I slept better and woke up more comfortable. I will travel with it from now on, because I don’t want to go back to regular pillows. It’s worth the price, to me. It gives me great great support whether on my back or either side. It has a good amount of cushion and the outer layer comes off to wash.

It’s hard as a rock and doesn’t support my next like advertising. If you have any developed traps the design is a fail

I bought this about a month ago and have been pleased. Before I got this either my neck wasn’t supported, or I used two pillows and was too elevated. This pillow works well and I have slept better with this pillow.
