Health is wealth
These clips are so beautiful. Starting with the packaging, it is so beautiful. I absolutely love the shimmer and shine of the packaging. The instructions on how to go about placing these clip-ins are on the back of the packaging. Now it is kind of hard to read due to the shimmer and shine of the packaging, as well as the font size, which may be a little bit too small for those who may be vision impaired. Upon opening the packaging, things got interesting. The hair came neatly in a mesh net, and the hair is secured with a zip tie, as seen in one of the pictures above. I honestly thought I was going to have a hard time cutting the zip ties off of the bundle of clip-ins, but I didn't. You'll get seven clip-ins in all. All being 8 inches, two 6 inches, two 4 inches, and two 1.5 inch hair clips. These clip-ins are human hair of a Brazilian texture. This hair is double-weft. These straight clip-ins have a very pleasant smell, and the cherry on top is that the clip-ins passed the strand test. Whenever I ran my fingers through the clip-ins, I didn't get one strand of hair in my hand. These clip-ins are 16 inches long and pretty affordable. So, if you want a little fullness and length on your hair for a girls night out, a date night with the boo, or a cute little work hair, these clip-ins definitely have you covered. All in all, these clips are worth giving a try. I recommend washing and allowing the hair to air dry before applying the clip-ins to your hair, just for safety. The only thing that I couldn't find information on was if the hair could be used with hot tools such as a flat iron, curler, etc. However, that's nothing a roller set can't help. Overall, these hairclips get a 4 out of 5 from me. Later, Amazon folks!

It does Okay
I like the trainer but I hate that snorkel mouthpiece. After only a few breath cycles I have so much saliva in my mouth that I can’t focus on breathing because I feel like I’m going to drown or blow drool out of the thing, all over me and everything around me. After several days of use, this hasn’t changed or diminished so I’ve opted to remove the mouthpiece and just use the valve directly between my lips. It has a threaded adapter, which is the part the mouthpiece slips over, that will likely accept a threaded pipe of sorts, so I may look for a way to add an extension tube and make a few small modifications to eliminate the saliva problem.I couldn’t imagine trying to use this this while out jogging or riding my bike and having to deal with the excessive saliva problem created through the use of the snorkel mouthpiece. The concept and design is so simplistic that I hardly feel it is worth the $16 asking price at the time of this review. As far as function and it’s intended purpose, I feel this device hits the mark in that department. The flow restrictor forces the user to engage the lung muscles to expand and fill the lungs which in turn should strengthen the muscles and lungs for improved performance. It is for this reason that I’m not dropping my rating to 3 stars, as it does what it is intended to do. I would however suggest shopping around for the best price.

Your lungs need exercise too
Be sure to wash this before using it the first time. Also, the instructions tell you to look for the word "Top" and place the mouthpiece correctly. I looked the silicone mouthpiece over with a magnifying glass. I didn't see the word Top anywhere so I'd say just place the mouthpiece and see if it feels comfortable or try flipping it over.Adjusting the dial is very easy and smooth. The mouthpiece has no sharp edges and isn't uncomfortable. I started by setting it so that the greatest amount of air would be coming through the adjustable tube. I tried lowering the air level until I hit about halfway on the dial. That was really hard for me. I'm going to follow the directions and do this a few times a day. I'm also going to always do this sitting down since it makes me a little dizzy while I do it. Oxygen levels fluctuating and muscles working harder maybe?Keep the mouthpiece clean in between uses. I use mild soap and water and spritz it at the end of the day with mouthwash to kill germs. Then rinse and let it dry overnight.

Let's you move around
This is my review of the Silicone Adjustable Breathing Trainer from YGYOYF:1. The first thing on the “EKERCISE” instructions says to insert the mouthpiece with the engraved word “top” facing up. I took this whole thing apart and could not find the word “top” on it anywhere. That was frustrating.2. I went ahead and popped it in my mouth and followed the rest of the instructions.3. I had to adjust the settings. First time I tried it, I had a coughing fit.4. Once I got the settings adjusted, I was able to do one set. I will definitely have to build up to the recommended 2 to 4 sets per day.5. I do feel like repeated use of this will help me focus on taking deep breaths if nothing else.6. I have a traditional incentive spirometer like what you get in the hospital. Overall, I think I prefer that one for regular use because I can judge my volume per breath.7. However, for portability, this one is better. If you are wanting to use one while walking around or exercising or training, the fact that this is mobile is good.8. I will definitely be following the recommendation to wash after each use.

Mouth guard with breath regulation
I am reviewing the OxyFit Breathe Trainer, a breathing resistance exercise tool made in China. This device fits into your mouth using the mouthpiece that fits similar to a snorkel or scuba mouthpiece. You bite down on the mouthpiece and breath gently in and out to train your lungs/diaphragm as well as allow you to work with reduced oxygen. This fits easily enough and the flow can be regulated with the dial on the front of the device. When I was using it, it got pretty wet with my saliva, and I would imagine this might get pretty soaked if you are breaking into it like that, especially while exercising. I am not sure I would use it for running or swimming, but maybe while driving in a car or something where I'm just sitting around and can do it while doing something else, like writing reviews for Amazon. I don't think this could hurt to build up your lung capacity, and if that would be something you are interested in, I can't think of a reason why you wouldn't want to try this.
