Very good quality for the price
I was surprised at the quality I got considering the price. The bit was sharp and well built anbd was painted well. In use it cut well and did a small job without any issues. Its good to know I have a dependable bit for future use.

Nice quality cutter.
No complaints about this router bit, it feels like a good quality 1/4" shank cutter. Shank length is 29mm, and the brazed on carbide end has a cutting length of 11 to 12mm.Sharp and on size, decent over all.

A good quality router bit
Arriving inside a clear plastic box inside a non-transparent padded plastic bag was one router bit.It fitted into a 1/4 router perfectly without any problems. It also stayed put and didn't fall out when quickly tested.Plus the twin blades felt nice and sharp to the touch. Something that was noticeable when removing the bit from it's plastic box. You have to take care not to cut your hands on the blades.Best of all was the price, around 1/3rd of a big-name bit. So if needed I could get several for the price of one branded bit.

For the price, can't really complain!
Pros- great price- do the job they're meant to- sharp out of the boxCons- material isn't great for daily heavy use and will wear out pretty quicklySo the main con is mainly material for the blades. The price reflects this though. And for this price you could stock up on a few if you're going to use them more than others. As a starting point or for the DIY/home user for occasional use, it'll work great!I have no complaints from that perspective. For the price, it'll do the job!

great set of router bits and i love the boxes for each one
This set of 4 router bits was great for doing some woodwork I needed to do.Each bit comes in its own little box, with a holder in the blue part so they don't rattle around and the top case part that has the size dimensions written on it so you can identify which, but you need with ease. You have 3 flute style ones a 1/2", a 3/8", and a 5/16" which have the red colour on the router bit and then a slot cutting router bit which is 13/64" and I used this one loads already to cut some slots and it works really well. The carbide tipped bit gives a lovely clean cut and really lasts well.I have used them all in my trim and main routers both of which are cordless and even tried them in my router table with a powered router and they have performed very well in each test I did.Overall, for £15.99 they are a good price for a nice set of well-made router bits

Perfectly straight and balanced
I used this router bit in a homemade table router setup for machining the sides, front and rear of some melamine-faced chipboard drawer boxes for my kitchen cabinets.I used the factory-finished edge of the MFC sheet as one edge, and I rough-cut each panel to around 3-5mm wider than the finished size. I then set the fence on my router table to the desired distance from the cutting edge of the router bit, and passed each MFC panel between the fence and the bit, thus trimming them all down to size.Unlike some cheap router bits I've obtained in the past where one tungsten carbide insert is set further out than the other, resulting in (a) only one cutting edge and (b) a larger-diameter cut than expected, the two tungsten carbide inserts of this router bit were set the same distance from the centreline, resulting in a cut of 12.7mm.Being extra long means that even when my standard 2100W plunge router is set upside down ina router table configuration, there is still plenty of router bit poking out above the surface for trimming deep material.I also used this router bit to trim a rough edge off some 40mm worktop I was using as my router table, and it worked perfectly. As a DIYer, I can definitely recommend this router bit for odd jobs such as I have described.

Good quality router bits, each individually packed
3PCS Straight Router BitsHaving recently purchased a 1/2" shank router I have been on the look out for router bits to go with it. This size shanks is not so common so I was pleased when I spotted these. There are 3 router bits supplied, each are individually packed in their own plastic holder which is sealed to prevent corrosion. These are ideal for routing out deep channels in wood, the channel will be 1/2" wide and up to 2" deep. Although capable of routing down to a 2" depth, it is best to do this gradually over several passes to prevent the router bit overheating.I am impressed by the quality of these bits, I closely inspected each router bit and I could find no imperfections whatsoever. The cutting blades appear perfect with no chips or pitting, plus they feel very sharp indeed. I suspect if care is taken these should last well.CONTENTS:3 x Router BitsThank you for reading my review, I hope you have found it helpful.
