Hangers 4-Pack Black Flexible Safety Hooks

I saw these hooks and quickly purchased them based on the pictures and not the description. I guess reading really is fundamental. Anyways, I needed a hook that had enough space to place a temperature control remote controller that was about 1.5 in thick. I tried so many command hooks and they weren't wide enough. I saw this picture and knew it would be wide enough, I also saw it was flexible and thought if it was too wide, I could just push the hook in and adjust the spacing. After receiving them I realized these are more of a safety hook so horses or people that run into it won't get hurt, the hook will just flex. Luckily it still does what I need it to do. So if you need moldable hooks that stay in position, these won't work. Otherwise they are great.

Put these up in our barn aisle. They are easily able to hold lead ropes, bridles, halters, etc. They will probably hold 10lbs each, with some deflection of the hook. I wouldn't leave something heavy like that indefinitely. They WILL NOT hold a water bucket, etc, they don't have that rigidity. But anything rubbing up against the hook, will simply bend/deflect it away. I don't think there would be any likely way to injure anything other than an eye.
