The new kholo plus is a super hero for your feet. This style has an improved +5mm heel height, that offers increased heel cushioning and underfoot support, while having the same total support contour found in all of our footwear. The classic straps are still synthetic pu but now have a synthetic mesh lining that helps to wick away moisture and keeps your feet fresh. Great sandal
I've had 4 pair of Spenco sandals over the last 6+ years. I usually buy a size 10 and it takes a bit of wearing for it to not feel too tight. So I decided to try a 10 wide. It was too long and way too wide for me so I'm back to my regular size 10. I love these sandals.

Very stiff sole (lengthways) with a lot less flex than expected; strap is tight & inflexible
The description claims"The new kholo plus ... has an improved +5mm heel height, that offers increased heel cushioning and underfoot support"I got both the basic Kholo and the Kholo Plus; the latter definitely does not have much (if any) thicker or midsole than the basic Kholo. The cushioning is OK, but not great. Both are very stiff (lengthways) with a lot less flex than expected.In my case, even in the largest size I normally wear (W 9), the strap is so tight and inflexible and I could not easily slip my foot all the way forward. I do not normally need wide widths, but that might be necessary in with these sandals. But they are so much stiffer lengthways than comparable other-brand sandals that I doubt they'd be comfortable even if the strap was roomier.

A wonderful slide on sandal. Runs true to size. Makes your feet feel healthy. I have 2 pair. Inside and out. Worth every penny.

You just never know what you’ll find on Amazon!
I bought a pair of these Spenco sandals in black, some time ago. I have hard-to-fit feet, so I was very happy they fit so well. One day I accidentally got something on the top of the shoe. So I got a wet rag and began to rub the shoe to get the mark off. Mistake. Didn’t realize the shoe had a suede-like finish on them. So, you guessed it. I rubbed the finish right off the shoe! I almost cried! Didn’t get the sandals originally from Amazon. In fact I don’t think Amazon existed back then! So one day as I was perusing Amazon, I discovered the shoe! The same shoe! Obviously I ordered them right away! Now I’m happy - and so are my feet!
