These are very refreshing and taste great. They give a little kick - like what you get from a soda or glass of iced tea. They each deliver 80 mg of caffeine (you get 95 mg in a cup of coffee). It delivers a fair numbers of vitamins, including 100% of the Vitamin C you need each day. I like that the cans are tall and narrow because they take up little room in my refrigerator and lunch bag.

Not much artificial flavor

I don't like coffee, and I'm trying not to drink too much pop. One small can wakes me up and I can get by all day with just one small can most days. It tastes great and no sugar! They are a little pricey, but more healthy than pop.

I receive 24 cans every 3 weeks. These flavors are so good and the raspberry cranberry are hard to find where I live, but everyone has their favorites. I’ve had them delivered 6x now and never had the issue others are talking about with a leaky box.

Tastes great, packaged tightly, still ended up with a busted can, didn't notice till I got to that pack and it was a tad nasty by then. So check your packages

Today I got my shipment. I can't really say enough good things about the drinks themselves. If you like juice and need caffeine without many calories, it's a great deal. But I purchased 8 6-packs of the drinks. Two of them had ruptured (two drinks, not two 6-packs) so the box was soggy and I had to wash the drinks from that 6-pack and one neighboring one. And of course I didn't get all I'd purchased. But I can't get them locally so I have no other option. They're still better than nothing, and they give me hydration without excessive calories, which is what I'm looking for.

this stuff if amazing. great flavor with out all the calories. I used to be a coffee junkie.. but my stomach doesn't like coffee anymore. these are a great energy replacement. just like coffee I drink several a day.. like 4. and it works for me.

I love this drink. It has a wonderful flavor, and does not interfere with my diet regiment. This is the only "energy" drink that I have found that does not cause flare ups for my Fibromyalgia, and is kind to my low-sugar needs. There is nothing else out there, that has the same flavor blend. I have tried the other flavors, but they are not as good as the Cran-Rasp one. So I find it very frustrating, that an item that should have a 5 star review from me gets a 3 all because of the price. The price will fluctuate from 11.00 to 30.00 in any given time period. The other flavors don't do this. Not as widely, anyway. This makes it difficult on a fixed income to buy any of it. When the price is low enough, I do try to buy more, but at almost 30 dollars for the case of 4, its ridiculous and I cannot afford it. I cannot find this flavor at any of my local stores. I have tried, and even asked if it could be ordered, and its not on their order guides. I can afford 15-20 dollars per case, as that is on par with the prices locally when they used to sell it. But I am stuck. One of the rare treats I enjoy, and it is becoming even rarer.
