Item stopped working after a year

The media could not be loaded.  It was easy to install and put together. Works as stated and very easy for my elderly parents using it as well. Easy to push and pull and cleans well.

This mop works perfectly! It is so easy to use and very light and flexible. Where has this been all my life?

The media could not be loaded.  Very reliable. It does the job with perfection. I have been using this for couple weeks. I am extremely satisfied.

This product never worked. At full charge, the pads barely turn. If you are looking for something like this try hammacher schlemmer. They have a similar product that is more expensive but this isn’t cheap and you’ll get a full refund from them if it you receive one doesn’t work.

Ours broke after 3 months of use. The orange ball joint between cleaning pad and handle cracked open, showing the wires within. Just terrific that the Product Support window had just closed. Worked fine for those 3 months, but what a waste of money!

It was delivered for 2 days as promised. Very easy to put together, price was good and light weighted. However, it has literally no power to mop our hardwood floors. I used it twice for testing and I try it again shortly. I am not sure mine was defective one or not...

Don't buy it! Product is very cheap a nd light weight. Does spin but very slow and it's smaller than I expected. Don't waste your money. Might be fine for those with very small floor to clean.
