30/10, this bike is an amazing set of wheels. It's very reliable, the tires are super smooth, yet rugged, the suspension is immaculate, and the controls are easy to navigate. For a $428 e-bike, it's value is unmatched. The battery life is very decent, and it performs almost like a dirt bike. It's the perfect size for a guy of my stature, and very quite. The front LEDs are a huge plus too, as I'm a night rider. Would highly recommend.

We have 2 ebikes from Rei and they are no where near this quality. Amazed so far.This has tons of gears, disc breaks, throttle, quality parts.Easy to assemble.. took Abt 20 minutes and off we go. This model is for a s personunder five foot Very small distance from seat to handle bars. Bike is very responsive, fast and runs smooth. Now let's see how long the battery last.

Best price bike I’ve seen and it’s really decent and easy to set up its fast and performs well it looks greats and the battery last a long time the brakes are on point and it’s a comfortable ride over all. The setting can change for faster speed!! Brakes are amazing.

I can't tell you how much I love this bike. It helps so much since we don't have a vehicle so we can go to the city over to get prescriptions or groceries. It says it lasts 35 mi. It does not last 35 mi though. I'd say it lasts maybe 12 to 20 mi and the top speed says 22. I've got it to 24 going downhill and on a flat ground I can get it to 20 and I'm 180 lbs. The assembly took us under 20 minutes but we had the handlebars on backwards because we're not bright. Ease of riding is so simple. All you do is press the thumb throttle and you have really good torque so you go from 0 to 20 and about 8 to 12 seconds. For the price it is 1,000% worth it. I've only owned it for a day but I can tell you that this bike is Worth it! Charging is very quick. It says it takes 5 hours but I can get it charged to 100% from almost dead in about 3 and 1/2 to 4 and 1/2 hours. For being a hardtail suspension bike, it handles bumps like a champ. The front fork suspension is very good and it has very good travel so you don't feel those bumps. The seat is incredibly comfortable and soft. It's also very big so if you're a little bit bigger you can ride it with ease. Just make sure that you have the handlebars on right because I kept hitting my knees until we fixed it.

I usually don’t write reviews but unfortunately within 6 hours of riding bike the tire popped. I’ve had e-bikes before and I never had any issues within a few hours of riding an e-bike. Seller takes forever to take care of the issues they were supposed to send me an inner tube 4 days ago and still nothing has being shipped to me when I’m depending on the bike for transportation also haven’t responded to be since 2 days ago and they take forever to answer on top of that. After spending almost $500 on a bike I expected a lot more. Also battery doesn’t even last 2 hours when in the description clearly says long lasting battery and is really inconvenient for me and my fiancée since my fiancée does DoorDash on a e-bike. And seller doesn’t seemed to care enough about there costumers. I had to reach out to Amazon directly to file a claim. If I could I would give 0 stars.

Starting from the research I was doing for a potential ebike purchase, the appearance is the best. The price isn't bad at all. The time it took to deliver wasn't long at all. Easiest to assemble. Charging the battery for the first time was no more than 4hrs, and with a couple minor adjustments to fit my size it's the most smooth, and comfortable bike I've ever experienced. The battery lasts for quite a while. Just keep up with charging every ride. It's the safest well built bike, and the light is very useful and bright especially at night. The best part is the performance on both side walk and off-road in sun or rain, is substantially better than any bike I've owned and the transfer from pavement to grass, gravel, curb, and or dirt/mud is phenomenal. Thank you for making it all worth it!

Purchased this QLife e-bike for an exceptional price! The quality and performance exceed my expectations! Very easy to maneuver. Have had no issues with the bike. I would highly recommend this bike to anyone looking for their first e-bike! It’s very comfortable and the battery has exceptional life on a charge.
