This medal holder is well-made. It comes in two pieces that need to be assembled - the hangers for the medals and the shelf for the trophies. The pieces appear to be made of steel and are powder coated. The gauge of steel is certainly thick and sturdy enough to hold the weight of any medals and trophies placed on it. Assembly is easy, as is mounting it to a wall. All the necessary hardware is included. Spacers placed between the wall and the medal holder leaves enough room for the medals to be placed onto or taken off the hangers. The shelf is just under 4-inches deep, so this limits the size of trophy that can be placed on it. In my opinion, this is a good product for a reasonable price.

This Medal Hanger Display with Trophy Shelf consists of two pieces of sheet metal. The top shelf and the medal hanger with the text. They are held together by the mounting hardware when you mount it to a wall. The metal itself is decently thick, and doesn’t flex too easily. Unfortunately, my unit arrived with a bent corner on the shelf that I had to straighten out before I could properly mount it. Once mounted on a wall it feels sufficiently solid.I mounted it in my daughters room for her martial arts trophies, and she is happy with it. The shelf holds her trophies without flexing or bending. Overall, I feel it is a nice way to display trophies and medals. Slightly disappointed that I received a bent unit. I'm not certain if this was an issue of quality control or damage happening in shipping. The box it came in wasn't damaged at all, so I'm leaning towards bad quality control.

This is the black “She Believed She could..” trophy shelf add in a few coats of spray paint to better match the ballerina pink dance aesthetic of my daughter’s room. I used the spray paint with primer and easily got the look I was going for. There’s two pieces to this shelf; the metal backing / metal lanyard holder and the top shelf. You drill the screws through into the wall and it holds the two pieces together. There’s a small plastic spacer for each hole so it doesn’t lay completely flush to the wall. Took my husband maybe 5 minutes for installation. Is this big enough to fold all of the things? Absolutely not. But it will hold all of her metals. And it’s cheap, cute and a quick solution to some clutter.
