Excellent product!
I have an 8x8 post in the front of my house the has a split about 1/2-3/4" running from top to bottom in the post. The depth varied from about 1" to over 4". I got 2 PC-Woody Epoxy Paste kits and empty caulk tubes (look and you can find them here) along with solid stain that us UV resistant. Opening PC-Woody Epoxy Paste, it was quick to see this is very light but thick stuff. I added 1 kit to a small paint pail and the stain. Then I mixed it to uniform color. It was very viscous. Once mixed and uniform in color, I cut the tip of the caulk tube and packed the epoxy down into it. 1 kit basically filled the entire tube. I was able to use a normal caulk gun and shoot this deep into the crack. It took some fairly serious hand strength to do this, but it did work. The epoxy flowed out of the tip without any real problems and I was able to completely fill the crack. It was thick enough that once shot in, it stayed in place without any issues at all. I used a wooden tongue depressor to spread and contour it on the surface. The final product looks good and I am confident I completely filled the crack in. Even though the manufacturer's rep said it was thick like peanut butter, I would say much closer to frozen ice cream. It will take you a bit to work and mix it, but the 2 tubs are very different in color, so it is easy to see you have them mixed uniformly.

Important Tips
I used this to repair a bunch of rotted casement windows. Saved big bucks but it took time. Here are some tips: 1) clean out all the rot and use the wood petrifier. 2) Make a form to contain the paste. It does flow as it is highly viscous. 3) Cover the side of the form exposed to the paste with freezer paper, shiny side to paste. This acts as a release agent for the form. 4) Use a putty knife wetted with denatured alcohol to smooth the paste once the void is filled. 5) Don't overwork the paste. Expect to sand and refill a couple times depending on the complexity of the project. Take your time and think of it as a hobby, not a job! Good luck.

Two part epoxy wood filler/restorer
This is a two part epoxy product that is used for building up areas of rotted wood. Once it has cured you can sand it to any shape of your own choosing. You must get rid of all of the rotted wood before putting this product down. You have about 30 minutes of working time so only mix what you can shape in 30 minutes. Mix the next batch, and keep going, you do not have to wait in-between additional layers. Highly recommend this product.

Good Stuff But A Little Difficult to Use
We had a very large wood rotted hole and this product did it's job. It's very sticky, so it's difficult to spread, but it is sandable afterwards so it doesn't matter too much if you get lumps and bumps. We tried to put in a large clump of it since we had such a large hole, but If we had been smarter we should have put it on it multiple layers, allowing each to dry in between coats.

The best
This stuff is unreal, I ripped out a hinge from my fiberglass shed door, I didn’t have enough wood left to reattach so I filled with this product. So my stronger than the wood, cured in 24 but was a little tacky, within 48 hours it was rock hard and it saved me 400 bucks for a new shed door.

PC-Woody Paste works well. Recommended.
I'm very pleased with PC-Woody Paste. I used it to repair rotted wood on our deck. It was easy to mix and relatively easy to apply. It had sufficient working time; no need to rush to assure it doesn't set up before the application completes. Overnight it dries and forms a very strong bond. It is sandable and paintable. Our deck looks much better now. This is a good product.

Great product for my first rotted wood filling project.
Its reasonably priced and I like the amount of time before it dries so you are not in a hurry. Bondo seems messy. For rot, I used their petrifier after cleaning most of the rot without destroying good wood. For deep holes on rafter tails, I used screws to hold and compatible Durham Water Putty to fill. Then I topped it of with PC Woody. Only time will tell if it holds. It sands like wood.

Great epoxy for wood repair
Especially useful if there are any voids to fill. Does not expand during curing like other glues and can be sanded once cured. It is a little thick when applying but the trade off is that it doesn't run. Relatively easy to clean up while still liquid.
