Some reviewers have complained that the bristles are too soft, but these brushes are perfect. My prosthodontist, who teaches other dentists about implants and removable appliances, said that brushes need to be strong enough to clean, but gentle enough not to cause damage. These brushes fit that description perfectly while still being affordable. I'm really happy I found these!

You could clean your teeth, if you choose to, with a steel wire brush. But if you want to clean without scratching, the medium-soft bristles on these brushes are perfect. In fact, the brush itself is almost identical in every way to the G.U.M. brush given to me by a previous dentist. Since several reviewers here have objected to the softness, I did a little online research, uncovering this:'Apply a little bit(of denture paste or cream) on a soft brush and rinse your dentures well with warm (not hot) water after brushing them. Use a soft brush. A soft toothbrush or nailbrush is ideal for cleaning dentures.'These brushes are a great value and I really like the brushes cases that came with them.

For some frustrating reason, I have found this kind of brush is not easy to find at 3 area Walmarts, nor at drugstore chains near me... I finally found one at Dollar Tree which literally fell completely apart after only a few uses. Then thankfully I thought to check on Amazon. One order of these Koala brand brushes consists of 3 brushes and includes a little plastic hinged cover/protector for each. Very nicely packaged, clean presentation. I was very pleased when the denture toothbrush showed up. It is very well made and easy for a senior citizen to hold. The brush cleans my dentures quickly and easily when I eat something like blueberries or blackberries. My only complaint was The cover I had a little problem getting it open and maybe I’m slow but I even had a little problem figuring out how to open it. But this denture brush is totally worth the money.

Bristles too soft and small end not big enough to reach into the area of the upper denture that needs cleaning. I really need to replace my old brush (many years old) but these do not seem to be available in stores so I gave this a try. Not what I need so I will keep looking.

I'm new to these type of brushes so my review is from a beginner. It's well made and fits the hand reallly good. If it's to soft or to stiff? To me it's good, not too soft, not too stiff. If you want a better answer to that you may have to ask your dentist. It does what I need it to. A 3 pack of brushes for that price was a good deal.

I like the item very much. Having each brush come with its own plastic cover is just what I was looking for. And they're a real bargain for the price. Seeing as the includes not only three brushes, but each brush has it's own cover. It makes them perfect for traveling or just to keep them sanitary on your bathroom sink counter. I would definitely recommend these to other shoppers.

While adequate when judged on its own merits, the bristles on the Koala come nowhere close to the ones found on the original Sea-Bond denture brushes. As I still have a supply of both, I rate the bristles on the Sea-Bond to be 'hard' with the bristles of the Koala to be 'medium-soft'
