Not easy to setup came with a QR code on reading this my phone downloaded a zip file only no app setup so what do I do Now. I tried the app from the faulty camera I sent back different camera altogether and this did indeed work. The picture quality is very good now up and running in my elderly mothers house and I hope it lasts longer than the clever dog one I had for about a year.The camera stopped rotating in the last week so not fit for purpose only had this since 1st of May now no camera at my elderly Mothers house. Camera returned with full refund bought a TP-Link one now.

This camera is ok if you get in under 30 GBP. The video quality is good, but it has a few issues.The app to control it is very poorly designed, and I doubt it will ever receive any updates. I also need to do a thorough evaluation of the information it sends, as I am seeing some random IP connections from the camera that should not be happening.The second issue is the charger. The cable is extremely short, and keeps falling out of the camera (the charging port is loose). Also the charger gets EXTREMELY hot, which may be an issue at some point.

My kids is now in love with this little camera, SO DO I!It's simple to connect, I just install the App, and successfully connected it by following the guide, now I'm enjoy it so much, it’s very clear, and I can see any corner of my living room just by a sample slip on my phone screen, or quick turn to any direction that I always need to keep my eye on, just like the door, sofa and TV, it is simple to realize by the map on middle of screen. Now every time we go out, my kids will always takes my phone and sees where Tony goes (It is my cute dog family!), love it so much! Highly recommend!In the end, two things you need know when to connect your camera:1. You actually need to connect your home wifi on your phone first, then your phone can share the wifi name and password to your camera, otherwise it will prompt you for errors during connection. I think it is the necessary step, but seems did not got from user manual, also I remind the seller as I realy love this camera.2. Maybe you need put your phone near to the camera when you are connecting it, because I guess it will send your WiFi information to the camera by playing some sound, so, maybe you need to make your camera hear clearly.

Baught along with a friend both broke within a month . Device is no good does not work and poor app.
