I have a heavy mirror that I want to have mounted on the wall so hence why i requested these.I can’t get over how strong the suction is, it literally grips fantastically well so I have confidence in how well they perform.These are a strong plastic, they feel sturdy.Considering the price of these they are a bargain for something you dont even realise you need.Highly recommended.

This item was supplied to me free of charge through Amazon’s Vine programme, however this in no way influences my review, which is intended to be both impartial and informative for potential purchasers.If you're trying to move something bulky and smooth, such as a large pane of glass or mirror, you'll know how difficult it is to get a good grip without risking cutting your hand or dropping the glass. These are ideal for those circumstances as it allows you to pick the item up safely, and hold it in place while you fix it (although as you need to keep the handles closed to maintain the vacuum be aware that you're probably going to need a second pair of hands to help you).They are also extremely useful if you have a conservatory where the roof panels have come a little loose and slipped down - by attaching these lifters to the panel you can give it a good shove back into position without risking damaging the edge of the panel which could easily happen if you try to lever it back into place.My only criticism is the lack of a locking mechanism to keep the handles closed so that you can manoeuvre things more easily without losing the vacuum, but other than that this is a very handy product to have around.

I'm really pleased with these. I used them to lift a heavy shower door when replacing a hinge. I had done this once before, and it was a pain. These really helped, and worked no problem with such a heavy door. Highly recommended.

This is a review for the Welsberg Set of 2 Suction Lifters.PROS:* Strong suction* These are going to really help me with removing old glass panes from my gardenCONS:* Not hugely comfortable in my (small) hands - definitely made for larger (think typical man-sized) hands.* It can be difficult to maintain the suction as you need to keep the handles squeezed tightly together - this is easy for a few seconds, but if you were having to carry something for several minutes, you need to be confident in your grip strength!

The media could not be loaded.  I know these are lifters, but firstly used them as a dent pullets, and they worked great.I have since used them for the stated use and they work well. Great vacuum suction from these heavy duty lifters.My only complaint would be they haven't got the most comfortable handle grips on them.Other than that they are an absolute bargin for 2 at £9

This product was ok for intended use, I was not entirely happy that they don't lock on to glass or tiles, you have to keep gripping for the suction cup to work.

Rubbish for what I wanted them for little suction unless surface smooth no good on grain plths

The media could not be loaded.  tl;dr - at £8.99 for two cups with impressive suction holds, you can't go wrong!TBH, when I first opened the box and saw them, I thought; 'These won't be up to much...'. And, upon my first attempts to use them I was concerned (I still am, but less so) that one of the two handles would snap as the pressure grew upon closing the handle because they do feel on the cheaper end. However, ABS (I assume is used) is a tough material and - so far - they operate without creaking but do feel like they bend/flex a little in the hand, so always wear gloves and eye protection - just in case!Despite my first impression unboxing reservations, the cups (when positioned flat against the surface) grab with remarkable grip. I was honestly surprised by how solid the grab feels, and, as someone who is disabled with dexterity issues, I was also pleasantly surprised that they really do work with just one hand. Especially at this price point.Time will tell how durable the plastic is; I'll certainly not be leaving them exposed to UV sunlight despite their neon orange colour! But as my only real need for these is to remove a 7.5t DAF windscreen, I am confident they'll serve my purpose well. Impressive.

No soy una persona que habitualmente necesite este tipo de productos, pero alguna vez he tenido que mover baldosas grandes en casa y la verdad es que es algo arriesgado, pesan bastante más de lo esperado y son difíciles de manejar por su fragilidad.Precisamente por eso pensé en hacerme con unas ventosas de este tipo, para cuando necesitara mover alguna baldosa. Y la verdad es que han sido todo un acierto, porque me han venido genial varias veces. La ventosa se pega muy buen a la baldosa (al menos a las mías, que son totalmente lisas) y puedo moverlas con mucha más facilidad y seguridad. No es que les haya dado mucho uso, pero cuando las he necesitado me han venido muy pero que muy bien. En este sentido, las recomiendo totalmente.Por otro lado, no soy ningún profesional y no sé cuánto aguantarán con un uso continuado ni si pueden servir también para otro tipo de elementos (imagino que sí), pero en mi caso las recomiendo para usuarios como yo que necesitan usar este tipo de herramientas de vez en cuando. Sin duda deberían ser imprescindibles en cualquier casa.

Ho utilizzato queste ventose per spostare il vetro della doccia.. hanno fatto il loro dovere.. spessore del vetro 8 mm lunghezza 100 cm. Non sono sicuro che arrivi a sorreggere 50kg come nella descrizione ma con me ha fatto un ottimo lavoro.
