This period journal is very nice and easy to use. Everything is laid out simple and it makes tracking less complicated.

It allows you to track your moods, symptoms, medication and keeps a large area for notes. It also has a calendar to track flow and an area for, days since last period & next period is expected on. Great straight to the point journal!

Yes you could use a app but my daughter said she wanted something to look back on one day and this was perfect

I was so excited to get this for my daughter, who just started her cycle, and to a degree, I still am excited about it, but it was a little disappointing to notice that the quality wasn’t the greatest. The adhesive that keeps the cover on peeking out and I could feel the stickiness right along the spine of the journal. I also immediately noticed a spelling error, see images. It’s repeated throughout the whole journal so my daughter will just have to know that “one time” really means “on time” —it’s annoying. I’m still excited for her, but this puts a little damper on my surprise gift. Would be great if this was fixed and I got a new copy.
