Overall I am happy.Pros:- It looks great.- The seat cushion is very comfortable.- Good lumbar support from a small lumbar cushion.- Full recline of the chair to 180 degrees (and slightly beyond) available ("can you do this?").- Foot rest is more usable/comfortable than I expected.- Feels like this chair will last me a while.- Easy to put together. Seriously if you've ever assembled a flat pack desk chair this is no different.Cons:- The chair creeks a lot and is quite noisy when you lean back and move around in it.- The castors that come with it aren't very good so I put on aftermarket Zotto's- The elastic strap that connect the head support has loosened very quickly.- For the price I would have liked to have PU leather arm rests but they are plastic.This is a good chair. I am happy with the purchase although I would have been happier purchasing this for around £110 rather than £150

I’m very happy with this chair, I’ve read conflicting and worrying reviews on many gaming chairs, and respect everyone’s opinions, but for me, this chair is perfect.It arrived next day by courier, in one big box. It needs to be assembled by the buyer, and was pretty easy for the most part.The most difficult part of assembly is attaching the chair back to the seat; it’s a very tight fit and the bracket does need to be held tightly to the chair to fix both sides. I found resting it against the Wall and then turning it to the side to tighten made it easier. All screws and tools are included.There are no instructions for the foot rest, but all that was needed was to slide the two metal tubes into the slots under the seat, and fit the two rubber O rings on the ends. Another review stated that the footrest wasn't secured, however I've found that the rubber O rings are very effective at keeping the footrest in place) I was stubborn and wanted to do it myself, so it did take about 30-45 minutes overall, but with help it would be much quicker!Its very roomy, I expected a tight fit but there’s ample space - and very adjustable all round to make yourself comfortable, even the arm rests swivel side to side and raise.I was worried that there would be a strong chemical smell as there often can be with this type of furniture, but there really isnt any smell whatsoever.I will update in a month once it’s had lots of use, but It seems like a strong, sturdy chair which is going to enable my procrastination from life by making my gaming much more comfortable ;)

First impressions: wow. This went beyond expectations! Bought this on sale and I'm so glad I did. After a lot of research and review reading, I decided to take the plunge. Assembly was straightforward, albeit a bit tricky attaching the back of the seat to the base if you are assembling this alone. Still, easy enough with a little patience! The stitching on the material was immaculate and all the necessary bolts and fittings were all accou Ted for; being attached to the base is a brilliant idea for keeping the bolts safe so none go missing! After assembly, sitting down and playing with the arm height settings and angles I really got comfy and settled in for a 6 hour gaming session and I felt so much better after compared to my older chair;I think this is due to the very comfy stuffing and the well placed lumbar and neck support cushions. You can also lie down completely with the footrest out and wow, I could quite easily fall asleep, it's very stable and balanced... After you get over the fear of falling backwards! Definitely recommend this chair, and this company. Will be watching them and look forward to seeing what they make in the future.

From a distance - it looks grand.but - The build quality is poor, as is the quality of the materials used.the arms are so far apart that they collide with everything and I can't actually rest both my arms on them at the same time.The lumber support slides down if you so much as look at it.The padding on the chair itself is so poor that I could feel the metal frame inside when I sit on it - (note i only weigh 12 stone)

Purchase cheap quality and not worth it. Making it very uncomfortable when sitting straight, the padding on the chair is very thin that makes sitting on it very uncomfortable. It seem to have a forward stand when you sit on it also creeks when you move, feels like it's falling apart. constantly having to screw it together, the whole thing seems very poorly made.

My 17 year old son spends a lot of time at his computer and needed a chair that gave him support this one delivers on support style , price and delivery ,the after sales was amazing as we didnt look at instructions properly and thought 14 screws were missing however they are already screwed under seat for transport which is a very clever idea this was explained in a great way by the seller and really informative e-mails ,would highly recommend .

Do not buy ,it's not worth of the money!TERRIBLE quality control. The side cover for the seat back adjustment was broken (one flimsy screw holding it in) Believe it or not two of the head rest clips were both the same female clip connectors, meaning it could not be done up! Delivery was a pain in the backside the arm is so far from the seat, which is not good designs at all!and the parcel was abandoned outside my house considered it's quite heavy item!there is many other chairs, which is cheaper and comfortable than this!!AVOID THIS PRODUCT

Early days, but love it so far one of the arm rest screws had me think that it was cross threaded, but went in eventually, very comfy chair, have arthritis all over my body and this chair helps maintain a good posture, especially with the lumber support and negates the pain, that i was experiencing in my previous chair, highly recommend
