Fabric is perfect weight. Just went through four days of downpours, and the fabric repelled all the rain. I have a good slope on the fabric, and pulled very tight, which is a requirement for the fabric to allow the rain to roll off. Without a good angle (and more than you expect), the water will pile no matter what. And since it is waterproof, it will create a mess, stretching the fabric and bulging it while it's holding the water like a bucket.In the picture, you can see the sag I had, no matter how tight I got the four corners. So I also added "ORXPLUS TOOLS 4pcs Knot-free Tarp Clips Thumb Screw with Hook Tail Tent Clips" along the 16' foot line and pulled them tight, besides the four corners. Solved the sagging issue, and now the water rolls off as expected (I don't have a photo available with the added clips).

Received this and installed it today. I can’t speak to the longevity of the product, but so far the quality seems good. I ordered the 9’x11’ shade and installed it in a 10’x11’ area. It seems to be correct as far as size goes.

Great sun sail. We still need to tighten one corner. It's waterproof, blocks the sun. It makes a great anchor for the space. We'll made. Good quality.

Exactly as described love it

The media could not be loaded. I got this product two weeks ago, today was raining a little bit and that is how is look like now.

This does keep the sun and water off of you but if there is no center support the rain will collect on the sail and not drain off. You'll get a large pool of water instead. It does seem strong as when this happened to me the sail did not rip. It may have stretched slightly but kept most of its shape. We creatively used an electrical conduit pipe to support the sail. Next year I'll probably just invest in a sturdy canvas. For now this will work.

I was replacing one and need it to be the same size only this time I went for one that was waterproof Went right up on my existing hdwe.

Je voulais procurer un peu d'ombre et surtout protéger mon ensemble patio de la pluie. Pour l'instant le but est à semi atteint car il n'a pas plu depuis! L'installation est assez facile, le plus difficile avec la forme triangulaire est de trouver les 3 bons points d'attache afin que la toile soit assez tendu et que l'ombre souhaité soit à la bonne place. On a du faire quelques essais avant de trouver l'emplacement idéal.
