1 Quart AQUA-X Grout Sealer, Clear Grout Sealer, Commercial Grade, Mold and Mildew Inhibitor

My husband and I just purchased a new home and was informed that the grout used on the floor and backsplash had sealer mixed in with it. We did the droplet test and it was like there was NO sealer on it at all. After only one application the water beads on the grout which is what we wanted. Also, the one bottle the one bottle did the kitchen backsplash, two small and one master bathroom, the laundry room and a large closet. Great value, easy application, very little smell, and did the job, what else could you ask for.

This grout sealer was great. It has kept our grout on our shower looking new for over 3 years.

Expensive to start with compared to almost all other sealers. Plus, plan on 2 or more coats of this sealer, no matter what the bottle or other reviews say. Jury is out on the longevity.

a little bit goes a long way, also water based so very little odor

I received the product in a box. Round quart bottle in a square box. It was rolling around in the box when I picked it up. Thought it would have been better packed with something else in there taking up some space. Opened the box the next morning to use the product and found the bottle wrapped in plastic shrink wrap. Cut the shrink wrap off and realized it was wet inside the packaging. Thought the cap had come loose but found two cracks on the top off the bottle. Probably from a hard landing somewhere in transit.I put some tape over the cracks so I could shake the bottle. Wasn't perfect and it was a little messy but I could shake it as directed.The product was easy to apply. Spray it on and after 15 seconds wipe it off. After the two hour drying time the floor looked great. I can't speak to ease of cleaning or the longevity of the product on the floor. Time will tell.
