What A Beautifully Designed Puzzle!!
I have a few kids & grandkids that are absolutely obsessed with puzzles. I think they get that honest because my grandpa and my mom still love them. 🥹The colors of this puzzle are vibrant, and the pieces themselves are sturdy. The puzzles are just the right thickness for their little hands and a perfect size for them to put together.I am all about teaching kids through play and stimulation with hand eye coordination, focus and logical thinking.I’m looking forward to putting this together with my six-year-old grandson. He may be able to put this together himself. He loves puzzles and is at that age where puzzles are not so easy that he gets bored with them, but not too complicated that he just walks away. This will be a great addition to our puzzle collection!!Just so you know, this review is from an impartial opinion. Amazon sent this product to me to review, so you know this is an unbiased review.I believe if you get this, you will not be disappointed, it is pretty straightforward and exactly as it is posted.👉Disclaimer-My review is part of the Vine program on Amazon. They chose us to give our honest opinions/reviews in exchange for products at a reduced price. I have to pay taxes on the items, so they are not completely free. Here is my personal rating system:🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Five Stars - If I absolutely love the product and it exceeds my expectation, I will actively suggest the product to the people I influence and would purchase it again myself as needed.🌟🌟🌟🌟 Four Stars - I really like the product and it does what the seller claims it would do. I would more than likely recommend it to someone if I knew they were looking for that product.🌟🌟🌟 Three Stars - The product is standard, and for the most part does exactly what they say it does, but I would specify any differences. There may be things about a three star rating that I don’t like about the product. If I knew someone were looking for that specific item and I recommend it to them, I would also share with them the reservations that I have.⭐️⭐️ Two Stars - I take low ratings seriously. I also take seriously issues with products after you have spent good money on them. In this case, I would probably never recommend anything that I would rate two stars on, in fact, I would probably tell people so they would shy away from it.⭐️ One Star - it would take some serious issues to get a one star review for me. A bad product and bad customer service would do it though.I take pride in giving honest reviews & hope this review is helpful to you! 🤗

Huge hit for our kids!
I got several of these puzzles and they were perfect for our kids to put together. Used them inside eggs for a scavenger hunt for each kid. I love that the different creatures have different puzzle counts to allow for the different ages. The backs of the pieces are labels with letters which really helped. My boys first organized their pieces using the letter guides so they could go section by section. Quality of pieces is great and we glued the puzzle together so they can be hung on their wall.

Fun puzzle
My nephew (4 yo) and I enjoyed putting this puzzle together. The colors are nice and being in the shape of a turtle made it fun and a bit challenging. I like that there was a theme about recycling in the puzzle as it showed garbage being collected in the ocean and its impact upon the ocean life. Kids are never too young to learn the less to clean up after ourselves.

A Challenging Step-Up Puzzle with a Contemporary Theme
It's always a challenge to find items for your kids to do when they are ready to move on from the obvious-to-the-not-so-obvious. This 153 piece puzzle for ages 3+ is one such item as they move on from large piece "toddler/wood" puzzles. This puzzle series includes a whale, dinosaur and a sea turtle (which is the one I chose). Sea turtles are a popular theme in the South where I live; the kids even learn about them in school; there also are temporary fences put up at the beach to protect eggs which are always a draw on vacation. Each puzzle has a different number of pieces (this one having the most, 153) which, I assume, increases the complexity. The puzzle comes packaged in a nicely decorated (giftable!) box which could ultimately be used for storage. It turns out fairly large (21.5" x 16.5"). The pieces are a bit larger than average, brightly colored and made of about average materials. A few of the pieces are actually shaped like animals (this one has sea creatures hidden in it which I predict will be a big draw all by themselves).A major challenge will be that the puzzle is shaped like a turtle, meaning you can't start with the edges and work inward. In fact, it may be better to go in reverse, if possible. This entire scenario will greatly help children's' spatial awareness & problem-solving capabilities. The price is average for a puzzle like this. I recommend giving it a try.

Three special pieces does not make this puzzle special
This review is for the product listed as, “ELX 153 Piece Sea Turtle Jigsaw Puzzle for Kids 4-10, Seaworld Floor Puzzle for Preschool Learning (21.42 X 16.42 in)." I am not cracked up about this puzzle. It is a small puzzle in a small box with a cartoon design that looks perfect for small kids. But it is hard. It has no border, no corners, and it is not interlocking. The kids gave up on it. Best for kids old enough to deal with 153 small, edgeless pieces, but not so old as to be offended by receiving a puzzle marked for ages 3+. It is a basic, cardboard puzzle with only three special shapes. It is nicely boxed for gifting but not for younger kids.

Bizarre trash in scene- zoom in
How rad that the puzzle is in the shape of a turtle?! Adds another layer of challenge, my 5 yo appreciated the difficulty and only asked for help a few times. Overall the imagery is nice except THE GARBAGE. I didn’t see a need to zoom in closely before ordering, it seemed like a straightforward ocean animals puzzle. ZOOM IN. I think it’s bizarre to have plastic bags floating and on a turtle and other trash randomly. Now, I think it is critically important to teach kids about the damage humans and our trash can do and about the importance of the health of the ocean and all its creatures. I think a better way to bring up this talking point with kids and tie into the puzzle is by including a booklet or fact page. The puzzle came in a plastic bag inside the box! Just does not make sense and not what I was looking for with puzzle time. I donated it after my daughter completed it once.
