I am traveling outside the United States and was searching for a durable well sized leather crossbody purse. Although I've never heard of this brand and it was slightly pricey - I absolutely love it. The strap is durable. Meduim size is perfect (not too small yet not too large).

I love the look of this bag! However it is not easy to close the zipper and the strap does not hang nicely. If the smaller portion of the strap was attached to something that turned/rotated the strap would lay so much nicer. Also when sliding my phone into the outside pocket it always gets caught by the little pocket inside. I feel more thought should have gone into the design of the purse

Well, it came in a clear plastic mail bag to begin with. Then the zippers and metal are rose gold—not gold colored. Inside the bag was a very odd really old mini mirror, as if it was accidentally left behind from a previous owner. Gross. At that point, I decided this is not cool and a return is def happening now. I’m not even sure if it is truly a Radley after this experience.

It’s not as big as it looks… buts it looks great… I bought it from my wife and she loves it

Purchased in March of 2022. Have only used it 5 times. One of the straps on the back totally separated. It was held on by a tiny thread. Poorly made.

I will NEVER use this bag. There is absolutely no room to maneuver, it has zero “give.” Structured design is one thing, the walls of bag are like plywood. It requires every item inside to be flat. Even removing cases for iPhone and sunglasses, the pockets are too small and located in wrong place to be handy.My hand is scraped reaching past sharp zippers into bag. Even with "expandable" zipper open, essential items don't fit. Eyeglasses, keys, aspirin bottle— I can wedge them in, just not retrieve them. It should come with pliers. Worse, contents cause the leather to buckle terribly along gusset and front.Radley promotion video shows a model taking a multitude of items out of bag. But the video doesn’t show the bag AFTER items are inside. My photos do— lumpy on top and twisted on side after packing the few items shown. Epic fail.

I already have this bag in a summer colour. It’s the same style as a much older model I’ve had for years but they have improved on the old design with the addition of the zip around the body of the bag enabling it to expand slightly. I always found the original bag a bit difficult to locate my keys which would fall to the bottom and I would have to start taking things out to get my hand in. With the addition of the zip around the girth I no longer have this problem. I love the look of the bag and it’s a Radley leather bag so the quality is unquestionable. The addition of the expanding zipper has made a good bag even better.

Great all round bag, smart, stylish and great when you go shopping

Disappointing quality I would question whether this is genuine . I have contacted the seller with pictures really poor quality sadly.
