Within days the rubber protector at the charging port was torn. 7-10 days after receiving the case four of the six screws fell out. I currently have two screws holding my case together. Love the sturdy metal case but apparently its not engineered to a reasonable standard.

I bought this case because it's the exact same style as my previous case. That thing took a beating and kept my phone in perfect shape. I don't mind the added weight, it makes the phone feel more solid anyway. Excellent durability!

Got the first one, screw missing from package but was fine. After opening the slide door for the camera a couple times, it never stayed shut again. Just slid around on its own. Ordered a replacement. Put my phone in, went to take a picture, opened the slide door... Never. Shut. Again. The case itself is awesome, but what's the point of the slide door of it literally doesn't shut again? Literally 2 in a row, same defect. Pretty ridiculous.

The only things is the camera cover plastic slider in the back, can get annoying after a while so I just took it off. Other than that really good stuff, make sure you put some blue loctite on the screw so they don't really loosen up and fall out, I have all ready lost one but they do come with extra screws. (S24 ultra)

Bought this case for my husband. Had lots of hopes for it and unfortunately its just not holding up.First off. It appears like a good style case. Screen protector, bumpers for impact protection. It screws together.Thank being said..... The screws will not stay in the holes. It thankfully came with extra screws but even those are gone. Not sure if it was a fluke or not but even just the phone falling off the arm of the coich, we had to spent 10min trying to find the screws that flew out. We are down to the case only having 3 screws left. That's out of the original 10 screws it came with. My husband thought maybe the holes were not formed correctly for what should be a good locking fit.We bought the case because my niece has a similar style. So he thought it would keep his phone safe. Definitely returning.

The only complaint I have is that the screen protector blocks the fingerprint sensor from working.

I got this case because I got one similar for my old phone. But the screen protector doesn't allow for finger print unlock.

It protects your phone really well with a rubber membrane for your phone and an aluminum case, the gorilla glass is fantastic to give my phone extra protection. Overall it does everything I need. The assembly and install are easy and I love these kinds of cases because its not some gimmicky install where you gotta pull your phone out of some plastic tray.I really like the case. I appreciate the product.Thank you very much.
