It would be small on an adult
It was perfect for our Christmas play. We needed a Pharisee hat, so I added some firm, but flexible plastic inside the hat to make it stand up and tacked a long scarf across the top, so it hung down on either side to the finger tips, perfect!

This garment was disappointing and the cheap manner it was shipped. The wrinkles in it as a new hat to be worn in public is unfortunate.
