After fitting the mouth gaurd as per instructions I tried it for the first time well it doesn’t work for me if you have a gagging reflex don't even bother it's totally uncomfortably the nose strippes are irritating I didn't even try the nasal things in my opinion don't waste your money because once you've tried they can't go back,£17.99 down the swanny.

This my second mouth guard. I ruined it by fitting it upside down. Not the fault of the product. User error.I ruined the first one because I'd eaten a biscuit while waiting for the kettle to boil and got crumb imprints which was a bit gross.The mouth plasters worked but I panicked and took that off immediately. The nose strips were absolutely brilliant. Stuck well and comfortable. Definitely helped breathing.I think the mothguard would have been OK if I'd done it properly. Next time I'm following ALL instructions.I'm not sure what rating to give this as most of the faults were my error. It didn't fit properly. Would it have gripped if I'd done it right? Maybe but felt slightly bigger. I'll give it 5 purely for the extra grip and comfort of the nose strips.
