Firstly, I have to say, this is the first time I try this calf compression sleeves and it works great and this is really a competitive price to get 2 pairs.Udaily calf compression sleeves did works. I am 31, male, and I have always been very active and played football throughtout my 20s, but over the last year or so I have developed shin splits that have affected me playing football / running and has left me in pain for a week at a time after doing sport. I have been open minded in trying this calf compression sleeves and I have been impressed from the moment I put them on. Straight away the support around my whole lower legs felt amazing, they are tight at first but they are refreshingly comfortable over an area which has been painful for so long! When playing football, I simply put my shin pads over the top and my football socks cover all so they are not visible to anyone.Whilst playing football, my lower legs felt supported and I was able to maneouvre much better, I didn't feel pain whilst playing, a great step forward. My shins were not anywhere near as painful as they would normally be after playing a game, so I was impressed. The usual backward step after playing sports wasn't as far back as usual so therein I have been able to progress recovery effectively without resting. I am in my third week of using these, and each week on the whole I am getting less reaction after sport and am managing my shin splits for the first time. I have made use of the exercises recommended before playing sport and have use calf compression sleeves combined with ibuporfen gel and am achieving good progress and good results, which is predominately being able to continue sport and not be sidelined for days. I would recommend this product to anyone who has suffered with shin split and I am glad I took a chance of buying this item.

I work out, mostly cardio and weight classes and noticed this type of product on one of the other participants and he noted they helped him. I'm a bit older so decided to give them a try. Great for workouts , no more calf pain but a primary purpose was for flying. I recently took a trip overseas which involved some long flights (9-12 hours). I wore the product for the entire flight and nave had any cramp issues and my legs felt great when I stood up. I also went on long hikes and hour or walking tours with the same results. At the end of the day no calf or leg pain. At home I sit at a desk most days for long periods of time and wear the sleeves and again, they are very helpful. I also recently took an RV trip, so sitting and driving for long periods of time and they help keep my legs comfortable. I recommend this product for anyone of any age if you have varicose veins, calf crams, etc. to use anytime you are traveling, working out and sitting for long periods of time.

i use compression socks and sleeves for working out and daily activities. because i find the socks at often too constraining for my feet, i have gone mostly to the sleeves for both exercising and daily use. i tend to be fiscally responsible (some say cheap), so i look for well made products at a low price. the udaily calf compression sleeves have held up very well for me - especially taking into consideration the cost. i have purchased other sleeves in a comparable price range, and it isn't long before they start unraveling (at the bottom, which typically is where you want the compression to be the highest), even though i always hand wash. i have not had the same experience with udaily. they seem to be made much better. my calf circumference is 13 inches and some change which is marginally over the s/m, but i thought that i would try it for my first purchase. the sleeves are a little tight, but still comfortable. they do make an impression in my calves from the decorative stitching, but it goes away once i take the sleeves off. i just bought bought a second order to replace the other brand that is unraveling. i had intended to try the l/xl to see if they made a difference, but forgot and reordered the s/m - so i cannot comment on whether they make a difference. i think the sizing is probably pretty accurate, as the s/m are tight, and my calves are just slightly larger than that range.

I am for now giving this a 5 star straight across the board until I have used it for at least a few months. Sometimes these products start coming apart after you keep putting and taking them off each day. If that is the case I will amend my review accordingly, but for now I have been wearing them a few times and find them quite comfortable. They do stay up on your legs and provide good pressure throughout the day. The only complaint I have is that they cover half the knee cap rather than go over it or just below it. Not a deal breaker for me I just roll it down a fold and it fits great. Be sure to always wash them by hand
