Good lamp, easy to use, not too bright
I don't know if it works, but I've been feeling a bit better. I like the compact upright format, most SAD lamps are like big square spotlights on a stage and take up a lot of space. I have knocked it over a few times but it's still going strong! Great as a light for video calls, too - not over bright, but soft and diffuse. The house plants also love it, and those nearby have been growing new shoots and stems! Good quality and inexpensive, certainly worth a try if you feel low in the winter months.

Brilliant
A game changer for me. This s is the best SAD lamp I’ve ever had due to it’s 360 degree light. Multifunction remote. The timers are a perfect addition. Would highly recommend.
