Second bottle and counting
I don't take these regularly only if I know I'll be eating a carb-heavy meal but they are really good for helping keep me in balance. Really easy to take just 5-10 mins before a meal so they don't require any major planning. As part of my weight loss plan I weigh myself everyday and I always cringe if I know I had a carb heavy meal the day before but these really help my weight down, on some days I have even lost weight! Ban the bar-coding labels covering important information!!!
What is the point of having a label, if all the important information is eclipsed by a stupid bar coding label, which is impossible to remove, without removing what is printed underneath?? Yours is the only product which has infuriated me this way!!I hope the product is working for me - I have no way of telling, as my weight has remained more or less the same.

They don't work!
I haven't had to reduce my fast acting insulin at all since taking these, so can only conclude they don't block the absorption of any carbs! Waste of money

You should take before meals. I doubt if they work effectively if you’re an all day grazer
They seemed to work over a period of 3 weeks I lost 3lbs, I do train cardio and weights 4 times per week.

Didn't agree with me
Sadly this didn't work for me. This made me feel very backed up, to the point where I was very bloated and felt sick a lot of the time I was taking them. As for weight loss, I don't think this helped. I was eating healthily and exercising so any weight loss I saw while taking these is attributed to my healthy lifestyle. I won't be buying these again and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone who has a sensitive stomach/bowel.

Brilliant carb blocker
Carb blockers are so hit and miss but this alongside the weightworld mct oil has really made a difference! Cravings down and weight gain is not happening and I am in fact starting to lose some weight! Good stuff

Doesn't work and cause constipation.
It did not work for me. It only made me constipated and felt all the time thirsty.
