I purchased this Firepit April 2024 and it was shipped promptly. We unpacked it to get the instructions and inadvertantly threw away the hardware. I contacted the company directly and they could not have been nicer. They Immediately shipped a new hardware package which arrived in 3 days. I assembled the firepit which was easy and it looks great on my patio. The heat out put is good and looks beautiful. This company's Customer Service is very prompt, they actually respond! and extremely helpful. I would recommend this firepit to any look for one.

Easy to assemble, light weight to move around if needed.

The media could not be loaded. This product arrived early which was so nice. It arrived in perfect condition and was well packaged. Simple to assemble, fired up instantly, beautiful to sit near. The flame is adjustable and the wind guard certainly helps and is clean and elegant. I highly recommend this fire pit and it is very affordable and would recommend it as a gift for housewarming or any other event.

The fire pit table is beautiful and is easy to put together but do not tighten the screws yet for the four legs. It would be even better if it’s 4-5” lower so that it would expose the body to more heat just like a camp fire, which is lower to the ground.The grate warped once it’s heated up and can’t get leveled or even out with a hammer. It would be nice if they provided a better quality material so it can be used to rest something on to cook.

The media could not be loaded. Buying a fire pit was in the checklist for quite some time now, was confused between wood or propane. Decided on propane and I am glad I decided this product.Assembly was easy and my 5th grader did it all by himself with little support from me. The fire ring part needs help to assemble as someone has to hold it while putting the bolt and nut together.There is a lid to cover the fire ring area when the pit is not in use, as I am leaving this outdoor the lid is of very use.There is an iron grill along with the package, which I am not sure of the purpose. It lays down perfectly on top of the fire ring pit.Note: list of items in the package includes a battery (for ignition) but it don't have a battery included.

Great for fall nights on our patio. No cleanup.. wait for it to cool and place the cover back over the pit. Only problem is the grate is not sturdy enough to handle the heat , it warped. My husband made a new grate made from steel. Good quality for the money.

I bought this to warm up the inside of an outdoor gazebo that I bought. It was the perfect touch and exactly what it was that I was looking for. I love the levels of flame it can make and it definitely keeps you nice and warm. Happy with this purchasein

I had a small issue with the protective lid fitting flush. I emailed customer service and got a response right away. It turned out to be an assembly problem on my end. They were very supportive in trying to solve my problem which was very minor. This product is beautiful and looks great by my yard swings. Looking forward to my coffee on cool mornings next to my fire.
