Im impressed with the crimped ends and how there was no exposed strands of wire sticking out.

works really well. I thought it did until I had to give little snatch and the dang thing broke. I bought one just like it from harbor freight at the same time and have done the same thing with it and it has held up very well

This comes with a hook already attached as well as a loop for securing it to the winch.

When I ordered this I never expected such a heavy duty sturdy cable. We just needed something to throw in the back of the pick up truck for emergencies. You literally could lift whole logs with this thing, and in fact, it's just like the cables we used to load log home kits onto semi trucks at a log home company I worked for. This cable is 50' long with a weight capacity of 11,000 lbs.

This 3/8” x 50 foot wire rope is galvanized to help protect it from rust and abrasion. The loop end has a metal eye loop to prevent deforming while under tension. The hook end also has a metal eye loop and a swiveling hook with a safety clasp so the hook can’t fall off. Both ends of this cable feature double aluminum crimps to keep everything together. This is smooth to the hand and looks great. The tensile strength is very high for 3/8”.
