It is just an extension cord. No solar cell …
I do have one similar with a solar cel which is very useful. This one in review, does not have a solar cel. Wich is dissatisfying because it is outside,?where you need to leave the things on schedule and that’s it.! So I had to spend few buck extra to have a schedulers attached.
