Keep finding new uses for it
Run-time on a cordless hedge trimmer is apparently around 30mins... with an Anker 555, I can run my corded Lidl hedge trimmer for about 4hrs

Guarantee not worth the paper it’s written on
Battery went wrong well in guarantee. Anker won’t help with returning it. Tell you to pay to send it back to them and then no one will accept it because it’s a battery. Anker just wash their hands of this and tell you it will be no problem (even though it is). They won’t collect. I’ve given up but I will never buy from Anker again.

Great back up power source.
I have had this for a few weeks now and have stressed tested it. So far it has been working great I haven tested it with my gaming laptop 2020 elektroniks max 17. I have gotten around 5 hours with moderate use and close to 8 with light use. It does have pass through charging so I expect it to make next hurricane season more comfertable. Unfortunately where I'm at we get hit by every hurricane that rolls through. So it's gonna be nice to be able to charge my ham radio ht's, charge my tablet and run a small fan and few other small devices. I do plan to get a 200 watt briefcase solar pannel. The only complaint I have is anthing I plug into ac doest sit completly flush there is a noticable gap where you can see the prongs it's not huge but it's noticeable. But all in all this is a great unit and I highly recomend it.

Nice design, Good value, and Top quality
Really fast delivery. I had a Jackery 1000 before, but I was often short of outlets, particularly when camping with families. I like the design of this Anker 555 in terms of both aesthetics and functionality. The 6 AC and 3 USB-C can easily power all electronics of my family plus a mini fridge. This is much needed for camping and also very useful in case of emergency.I've been using Anker products like phone charger without any problems so I'm glad they have power stations now. The LPF batteries make it particularly attractive as it's safer and more reliable than standard batteries. The 5y warranty is a big bonus BTW.PS: The whole thing is a little heavier than the jackery one, probably because of the LFP battery, but I can carry it myself without much difficulty.

AnkerDirect delivery problem
Anker used FedEx to deliver (not Amazon fulfillment). FedEx delivered to a different address and signed by someone else (stated in FedEx delivery confirmation email). Called Anker for help and they said it is not their problem! Now phone tagging with FedEx and if they can't recover it, looks like the only option is to dispute with my credit card company.11/20 FedEx finally recovered and delivered the package. Although the phone conversation with Anker was not helpful, their email customer support team is impressively supportive and nice. The ANKER 555 is working well as expected, it was charged from 0 to 100% in a bit over 3 hours using the OEM charger and an extra 65w usbc PD charger together. Very impressive that it can pull in 259W to charge.

Almost Perfect for off the grid operations
Worked perfectly for its intended usage at first. I could get 20 hours total of usage from it for my cpap at night before charging it at first in my field exercise in the desert. But after about a week of use I was only getting about 6 hours of use. The batteries seemed to be short lived. Which is unusual. I may have a defective one. It stayed in my tent throughout the day and night unless I needed to charge it. Then it was in my vehicle charging. Charging using the 12v adapter was slow but expected. Took about 6-8 hours to charge fully. I will have to reach out to Anker I guess to see about either checking it for defective batteries or getting it exchanged for another one, as I will still be needing this
